    I found this to be very helpful for several reasons, not only can it be used for the back but entire parts of the body especially the shoulder and neck region. The long ties straps allow the heat pack to stay in place and unlike most heat wraps you can adjust the binding/tightness according to your needs.

    Having suffered from years of lower back tightness and inflamation this is the best product I have ever used to reduce swelling as well as loosen my lower back muscles from stress and strain.
