Sure you can pay less for maple syrup—but read the label first! We sell only 100% pure maple syrup, made from the clear, sweet sap of Vermont's world-famous sugar maples. The sap is tapped in early spring on a 200-acre family farm and then boiled down over a roaring wood fire. The result is our Grade A medium amber syrup with the full-bodied flavor preferred by most Vermonters. A favorite on pancakes, waffles or oatmeal, it even livens up baked beans, glazed carrots and ice cream!
It takes 30-40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup!
