The radio has lots of features, and works very well. My only criticism is that the knobs are very small as is the lettering identifying the knobs various functions.

Two days after receiving the radio we lost power. It was so nice having a radio to listen to. It was only a neighborhood outage. One more thing to check off our emergancy kit. This is a very light weight, compact unit. Thank you, Rebecca S.

I use this product in my back yard gardening etc. It travels well is compact but the crank handle has a very flimsy feel and will bend(hasn't broken yet, although it is very new) if you don't crank it just right. The other knobs are also chintzy feeling. So in the end I end up babying it when I feel like it should be rough and ready for anything. Over all I am content with it.

I got this mainly to take with me on a vacation down the shore. I sleep fitfully, and like to have a radio playing to keep me company during my waking times. This radio is small, battery powered, and so far has been reliable. It also has some fun characteristics. If the batteries run down, it can be powered by turning a built-in crank. It comes with a built-in light, that can be turned into an emergency flasher, and a loud siren that delights my grandchildren. Altogether a fun instrument at a very reasonable cost.

The radio works great. I work for the USPS and there are no radios in our trucks. The Eton covers all the bases. It keeps me informed of dangerous weather. Allows me to hear news updates and occasionally a little music while driving. Bought for a great price and love it. The generator crank comes in handy if your batteries run out!

This radio came in handy one Sunday when our weather started turning bad and our dish network went out on us. Turned on this radio and immediately got the weather conditions so we knew what to do. I purchased 3 more, one for my two children and one for a friend.

Use it as a regular radio outside the home in yard. Always feel safe that in case of an emergency, I will know when it hapens and what to do. Good for overseas radio and weather band forcasts especially weather when boating.

This product is to be used during any emergency when the power is out and there are severe weather alerts. It is fairly easy to use, but fortunately I have not had to use it yet, and like insurance, I hope I do not have to use it at all.
