I really like the fact that it has a removable sleeve that can be washed. Others have to be eventually discarded because of soiling. I also like the loops on the ends to make it easier to move in to position on your neck or back. The fragrance is not quite what I expected, guess I was expecting something floral or lavendar. I love it! I have a heating pad but you need to be plugged in order to use it. So I really like the fact that I can use this item and still be able to walk around the house with it.

As a sewer, I was able to add some additional seams/stitches to hold the sand/particles in place better. Otherwise the inner contents all shift down from gravity. This is the only minor complaint I have.
