I bought 2 and sent as gifts -- one for a teen and one for my mother. My mother, a wonderful seamstress, had made some of her own but likes this one much better. The only issue she has is getting it in place as she can not lift her arms. I would have a difficult time using this product because of my allergies to fragrances. I liked being able to ship directly from Gardener's Supply and not have to worry about that.

I bought this for myself several years ago. I am a dance teacher and come home with various ache and pains nightly. This puts me back together for the next day. It's easy to use and it works but the scent is not pleasant. It might be the flaxseed mixing with the herbs that are intended to be frangrant. I thought it was so bad I considered returning it and was embarrassed to have given it as a gift without first trying it out. I use alot of Youngliving Essential Oils. I found this wrap really drives the oils in deeper and helps to relieve the sore muscles and release tension great. The smell is soothing and relaxing,better than most I have tried.

I love it! I have a heating pad but you need to be plugged in order to use it. So I really like the fact that I can use this item and still be able to walk around the house with it.

As a sewer, I was able to add some additional seams/stitches to hold the sand/particles in place better. Otherwise the inner contents all shift down from gravity. This is the only minor complaint I have.

My husband gets migraines real bad, and this product works like a champ. Heated and left on the back of his neck for approx 15-20 minutes, his headache is gone. The herbs help to relax all the aches from the tension of the headache.
I since then have used it for my neck and this is absolutly great! It really works!!!

It is easy to heat in the microwave. Having the sleeve will be nice to wash and keep the inner wrap covered especially if a hole develops, the stuffing will be contained.

Love it. This is great to use to warms hands, shoulders, elbows and ankles. Keeps warm for a long time. Also bought a second one to keep in the freezer. Cold staying power is not as good, but for a quick short-term ice pack it's fine.
