    The neck roll works great. The boots are not so good because you can't walk in them. You also can not get them "tight" to the bottom of your foot (without walking on them) so that the bottom of your foot feels the heat and relief.

    I could not find one negative aspect of these products. They do what the advertisement says that they do. Lavender is calming anyway. But, your marketing staff found that both the wrap and the booties were a wonderful combination. My mother is 90 years old.     The neck wrap has a moistness that really soothes sore neck muscles. Loved it! The boots were very uncomfortable to walk in (use in bed only?), and the velcro closures on the soles kept opening and getting caught on rugs. I don't use the boots at all; rather I heat the fragrant boot inserts and then put them in the bed to warm my feet at night. Wonderful aroma and very warming!
    While I cannot recommend the boots, I can definitely recommend the neck wrap.

    I bought these as Christmas gifts for my 3 adult daughters, all of whom get neck and backaches and stress headaches, etc and all of whom like to get snuggly warm. They just received these a few days ago but so far they all really seem to like the items ... especially the neck wraps. The lavender smell needs to mellow a bit - at least we hope it does because it is a bit strong right now... but they sure are nice to climb into on a cold Wisconsin winter night, especially after shoveling a foot of snow at 20 degrees!

    This item is only practical to use while sitting down. Very uncomfortable to try and walk around in. So when you're headed for some down time, make sure you bring everything with you......book, reading glasses, etc - you don't want to have to get up for anything until you're through, otherwise, you have to take the booties off.

Love the color!

    I bought this product for my mother-in-law (whom i absolutely love!) I thought it was a great concept - - something you could warm in the microwave and ease away the winter blues! It became our biggest Christmas Day laugh ... I grabbed it out of the box after she opened them - threw them in the microwave and proceeded to nauseate all 20 people in the room. The lavendar smell was overpowering - as soon as you put it around your neck you started to gage. It does smell pleasant right out of the box - but i don't recommend microwaving it!     I am always the cold one in our house. I use these to warm up when working on the computer, watching tv, or reading in bed. They have a nice, moist heat that shakes off the chills. One drawback for the slippers is that the heat is only on the bottom of the foot. Both have a very strong lavender fragrance. If you like lavender this is fine, but some may not like the strong scent - it can smell weedy. Overall, I am glad I bought them.

    Maybe it is my fault for not understanding exactly what I was buying. I thought these were like slippers. It is not possible to walk in these, even without the inserts. Well, maybe it would be on a non-carpeted floor, but the velcro sticks to the carpeting. And the drawstring ties have to be tied very tightly to keep them from falling off.
