I have problems with my neck and shoulders and thought this would be great, get away from the inconvenience of a heating pad, but I was wrong, it is so heavy it puts to much weight on my shoulders. It might be okay for a man but not a medium sized woman.

My husband and I purchased two of these for our mothers - 90 and 84 respectively. They are both in excellent health. Neither one of them will use the wrap because they are too heavy to lift easily onto their shoulders and they both live alone. I would definitely not buy them again. I would return them if the weight would not make the shipping cost prohibitive. They are VERY heavy.

This was a great product. It is a little heavy but works. There is nothing in the collar part which is a little dissapointing. It is hard to get thesoothing nature to the neck. Works great on the back.

I use this product almost everyday as i tend to hold alot of tension in my neck and shoulders as well as between my shoulder blades. It works well to loosen up those areas and relieve the tension. However, the scent of the eucalyptus seems off to me. I am very familiar with essential oils and use mostly products which are made with them. I can't figure out what the problem is with the scent, but it is not as pleasant as i think it should be. [...] i have decided to keep it and use it anyway; the scent isn't bad enough for me to return it.

Very disappointed that my mother-in-law will not be able to use by herself. She has cronic neck pain and this seemed to be a great item to help her. But the weight of it was astounding. She can not even walk across the room holding it! I would return it if I still had the paperwork from the box it was shipped in!

You need to microwave this product a lot longer than the instructions indicate to even feel any warmth. It also doesn't hold the warmth as long as some other neck warmer products I have purchased. I was hoping this product would provide the heat to not only the neck, shoulders, but also the upper back. With our cold winters, I was hoping this would really help with the aches/pains. Maybe if it heated up better and retained the heat longer. A little disappointed considering the final price I paid [...].

Doesn't work as well as others on the market. No aromatherapy on the one I received. Last thing I want to do is keep turning it in the microwave. Takes almost ten minutes to get warm enough otherwise heat doesn't last.

I use this product as needed for neck upper back and shoulder pain. The best thing about it is that I'm not tied to a chair or bed by an extension cord. It puts the heat where I need it. It doesn't have much of a fragrance to me, which is why I rated it slightly lower.

It IS very pretty and smells good. I bought this product to give to my daughter for Christmas. She has fibromalgia and I thought it would help her with the main management. However, she is a small lady - I'm larger and could hardly throw up on my shoulder and back. I am very dissapointed and will probably send back to the company.
