This works great. I use it when I am having difficulty sleeping. Only problem is you have to be on your back as there are no "straps" to secure it to your face.

I bought this on sale and it was much cheaper than many very similar products. I use it to relax my eyes when I take a nap during the day or just lay down to rest my eyes for a minute. It feels cool and weighty and blocks the harsh light of day. I wanted something cool but one drawback that I see is that it cannot be heated. Also It cannot be washed.

My tired eyes are so grateful for this mask. After a brief trip to the freezer, it was a cool relief to lie back with this covering my eyes. I fell alseep!

I love eye masks, but my old one was on its last legs after my dog got a hold of it. (She loved it, too.) LOL

I love this mask because of its weight. However, the weight also makes it tough to use when sleeping on your side. My last mask was a bit longer so it was more effective for side sleeping.

That's my only "complaint" and it's not really a complaint at all, just a warning to those of us who prefer side sleeping.

Instead of having to draw drapes or put a blanket over my head for daily naps, I just use these. They stay in place easily and may even keep me in a healthy on-the-back position. You know how the subconscious works! Wish they were washable, but then they wouldn't have that nice fill, fragrance, and silky feeling.

This a great eye mask that is effective in keeping out light and very comfortable. Unfortunately it is not wide enough and it keeps slipping off, a situation that would not happen, I believe, if it were a few inches wider. I will continue using the less comfortable eye masks with elastic straps that I get on airlines, because they do not slip off

If you suffer from headaches that are aggravated by light, this is great. The little bit of pressure created by the weight feels wonderful and it totally blocks out the light. I often fall alseep soon after applying it.

This is just the right weight - not too light, but enough weight to add soothing pressure and block out light. If my husband wants to read when we go to bed, the light will not keep me awake. If I have a headache, it is not TOO fragrant, and has just the right amount of cool, soft pressure to be soothing (I have not put it in the fridge to cool). The only suggestion might be an attached band to hold it in place if you are a side sleeper, though even this has not been a problem for me. I love this product!

The silk eye mask is difficult to keep on my eyes/face as there is no means to keep it in place--such as a tie, elastic, etc. I considered sending it back, but put my own ribbons to hold it successfully on my eyes with no slipping

I love the silky cover of this eyepillow and use it when I do self-hypnosis or meditation. It's not too heavy on my face, like other pillows I've tried.

I'm a certified hypnotherapist and my clients also love to use it to block out light coming through my office window during daytime hypnosis sessions. It's compact enough to carry from home to office in my purse so I can have it handy as needed.

Purchased as a gift, but when the receiver opened it she was thrilled until the flax seed started to spill out of a faulty seam! I was very disappointed in the quality of the stitching and she could not use her mask!
