The slippers don't keep feet warm, just the ankles. The shoulder wrap works great, Customer service was not that responsive to my question of returning just the slippers. This was a gift for someone.

Bought this for my Daughter for Christmas. She really likes that her feet can be warm and cozy while reading or watching a movie. The shoulder wrap eases aches and pains. She is allergy prone so she was happy it was fragrant free!

not like the boots. The quality of the boots
is not good at all...in one months time the
bottoms of boots was pealing off and I only use
them on carpeted floors. Do not understand that
at all.

The shoulder wrap is great, but the boots are only warm on the top. Not much padding on the bottom, either, plus it would be questionable to put the boots in the microwave after wearing them around for a while - I'd want to clean the microwave out afterwards....

This product was advertised as unscented the smell is awful the boots are way to big Ibought these for my daughter who has raynaids and needs to get her feet warm but the smell is so bad we will be sending them back.

Fabric cover is not as thick and plush as I expected, and filling seems sparse. Expected more for the price. Bought as a gift but quality kept me from giving it. Packaging also conveyed lower quality than expected -- very cheap, plain brown "inside out" corrugated cardboard. Not the usual high quality of Gardner's Supply products.
