The size and one of a kind blown glass is really neat and the design is overall very pretty. I am pleased with the purchase and quality of the materials with one exception. The manufacturer just needs to use a different adhesive because by the time the consumer gets the product it has dried/shrank and will no longer hold the glass to the spike. I reattached mine with epoxy and it turned out fine but one should not have to do that on a brand new product.

Use these in large pots of areca palms.
Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
The glass disconnected immediately when attempting to screw it on the support. Will have to super glue it in order to use.
Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
Added a touch of color and class to a otherwise simple flower bed.

Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
I bought two of these and they're beautiful! The first, I put together easily and installed in a flower bed. The second would not assemble. I tried screwing the top to the stake, and it would not screw together, no matter how I tried it. I'm going to get a carpenter friend to see if he can put it together, because I really want to use it.

Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
This is really pretty and the glass is a nice heavy piece and not thin and really fragile!

much 'bigger' than i realized. a real eye catcher for the garden. brings quite a whimsical effect. beautiful glass 'sculpture'.
Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
These were a lot bigger than I expected and therefore make a bigger impact. I have them in my balcony containers and they are visible above the railings from below. Since the container plants are just green most of the year, these add a pop of needed color. Love 'em!The glass is very strong. They have been left out in the series of mini freezes we have had this year with no damage but this is Florida so the temp never went below mid to upper twenties deg F.As the other reviewers noted, the glass spiral had come unglued on 3 of the 4 I ordered by the time I received them. However, a dollop of wall tile adhesives was all they needed. It is what keeps this from being a 5 star rating.
Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
Two of the stake tops had come loose. The glue did not hold them in place. Rather than paying for them to be returned I'm going to reglue them myself. If I do recommend them to a friend, I'll warn them a head of time.
Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
Very pretty but the glass topper fell off and broke while in my garden...Needs better adhesive!
Comments about Glass Spirit Stake:
the glass spirals fall off when I received then 2 of 3 where already off they need a better fastening system the owner should not have to reglue them before they ever get into the garden this spring

I have some other spiral glass stakes and thought I needed a red one. It looks lovely in my garden and is a nice addition to my art glass collection. Too bad it is not available in more than 3 colors.
