This compost is just beautiful to look at! It is a dark, rich color. I used it in my vegetable bed, and my cucumbers took off overnight, it seemed. Before, they had really been struggling. I am not able to have a compost pile at this time, so this is certainly the next best thing.

I mix this in my garden and also in flower beds. It enhances native soil, vegetables and flowers thrive on it. I have used it for literally years and will use no other compost product and have advised many of my friends to use it.

I do alot of container gardening and I use it to
refurbish the soil from one year to another. I use the soil you sell for just that purpose
also. I have a blub garden and I used it to help

When I saw Intervale Compost was again available online, I was thrilled. I had used it last year and loved its texture and ease of working into the soil. It's so unlike what I can get here locally. Our local compost is very clumpy and hard to mix into the soil. I grow alot of roses among many other perennials and depend on Intervale's richness and quality which it adds to the overall garden. I really do see definite positive and satisying results using this compost and will continue to order it as needed.

I live in an area that is surrounded by hardwood forest that burned about 30 years ago. The soil is rocky and almost sterile. Without the compost, our gardens "linger" and do not flourish. I love this product and order it annually. It's better than the compost I can make.

I use Intervale compost in any manner you could think of for soil ammendment. Incorporated in the soil, as a side dressing, in containers and now as a mulch. I have tried other composts from local producers but Intervale is by far the best. I have recommended Intervale Compost to several friends and they too swear by it.

Adding Intervale Compost is the best way to get plants and veggies off to a good start. Adding a little to the planting hole of seedlings just about guarantees a lush, vibrant plant. I also use compost in houseplants.

I live in an area where our soil is hard with alot of clay. The flowers I planted last year looked sad. This year, I mixed new soil and this compost in some of my flower beds. WOW what a difference. I wish I would have purchased more. Love this product and will buy again next year.

Used this as the nutients for my new raised bed soil mix. Vegetables are twice the size of others I have seen. Can't say it's the compost, but can't say it's not. No oder, no mess, and no hassle to get a rich, natural compost. And as a Vermonter, I am supporting the local economy.. a win win for me.

I tested this product on two tomato plants and two pepper plants. I also planted two tomato and two pepper plants without compost. Wow! What a difference the compost made. The plants grown in the compost were much hardier, the color vibrant and the yield tended to be better. This is really a great product.

I have two gardens. I used the compost in only one of the gardens and then planted the same vegie plants in both gardens. The vegie plants that are in the garden with the compost are so much bigger and healthier looking!

My compost bin can only produce a limited amount, so I imported a few sacks of Intervale thinking it to be a frivolous purchase at the time. WRONG! It's the best I ever used and well worth the modest expense. So rich and odorfree, the vegetables and the flowers have been thriving like never before. I'll certainly reorder next spring.
