I used one indoors for a passion plant that was climbing all over. I used another outside on the deck for morning glories, and the third got a wisteria bush going as it was growing large enough for an arbor. I think they are very versatile.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I am thrilled with this durable weather proof coating trellis. I needed something to assist 2 vines to get from their pots to an over the door trellis and I placed 1 on each side of the door. They happen to be the perfect height and connect with my trellis for good support. The black leaves are ornate enough and not overbearing.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I really like the simple design of these supports. The price is right and they work just fine.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
These are lovely and a good value. However they may be slightly flimsy for a heavy plant. Also the "feet" of these are straight, smooth and thin, allowing them to sink too deep in loose soil and bend easily in dense soil.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Has worked great for flower and vegetable vines. Stands up against our high winds. Is stable and very attractive.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I bought six of these plant supporters. They are perfect in front of stone and wood pillars at the front entry of my house. The are delicate and pretty enough that they don't overwhelm or obscure the pillars, and are perfect (so far) for two young clematis. I also have one in front supporting a young honeysuckle vine.
I have two in the back, also in front of pillars, to support young trumpet vines. Even if the plants outgrow these, I know I will always have something growing in my flower or vegetable gardens they will support. I'm sure they will last for many years, and their pretty leafy form will add an eye catching decorative aspect to my gardens.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
My delphiniums really appreciated these. Kept them nice and tall for all to see the blooms.
I have recommended them to my family and friends.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Scrollwork Plant Supports are nicely decorative, easy to use, and look super in the garden. Useful for veggie plants and flowers too ! Mostly used mine for tomato plants in pots on the patio. Work GREAT ! Thank You.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Trellis works with the plant for a combined unit without over shadowing the planting arrangement. It is structurally flexible while being durable holding even heavy plants for a beautiful effect. I appreciate the fact that the trellis folds flat for very easy storage
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I like the design of this trellis/stake. It's a bit flimsy and looks as tho it will rust easily. But worked out great for my super tall Oriental lilies!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I needed "help" for a new clematis and two delphiniums. These plant supports worked perfectly, and in additon, they looked elegant in my garden. I think I will buy more next year for some fledgling roses that need a little support.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Bought these last year and bought the tomato ladders this year. I love how easy these are to use and how durable they are! Good by wiry cages for support. I use in containters with vining mandevilla (the prettiest way) at my front entrance. I also like to just plop them in the ground where ever a morning glory vine likes to pop up in my somewhat English style garden. Beautiful!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
These are really neat to prop up tall flowers that want to droop. My lilies look good with this decorative support.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I used these supports to add a bit of height and structure to a flower bed in front of my boring white house. They really stand out in front of the white wall. Love them!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Nice detail. A little flimsy. Will lean or blow over in strong wind.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Out of the box, the third plant support in this set of three had a wire in the scrollwork broken off. Unfortunately the supports are just big enough to make it a pain to return. After the support was out of the box and unfolded, one of the scrollwork leaves fell off too. The other two were fine, so maybe this was a fluke?

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
These are the third set of these I've gotten. Just keep adding more! I use these to support dinner plate dahlias. The great part is that the supports are attractive all year round. They add interest to the winter garden and provide structure in the spring when the plants are just getting going. They "disappear" in summer under the foliage and blooms, providing great, sturdy support with the angle shape.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Planted a Jasmine plant at the corner of my house. Searched for a long time for something to fit the corner so that the plant could climb up the corner. This is it.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I have been looking for several years, believe it or not, for a trellis configuration that would fit around my lamp posts and give my clematis something to climb on. Easy you would think, but not! These worked out great. The black is inconspicuous on my black posts, but nice enough to be seen, unlike the wire, string, etc., that I was always trying to make function.
Thanks.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
This is my third order of these. I love them for my clematis in pots. Even in winter when the plants die back the supports are very decorative.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Lovely design, but the quality is very poor. The scroll work sections broke away from frames on 6 of the 9 received.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I have about 12 of these now and they are wonderful for sweet peas and other pea-like climbers. I rearrange them every year in different combinations--side by side, in a circle. They are great to use if you need a plant structure but don't want a lattice structure or fence. Their main advantage is that they can be moved around with ease.
I wouldn't recommend them for tall or especially heavy climbers, though. They're only about 4 feet tall and even sweet peas quickly outgrow that height. (Here in Texas our tomatoes outgrow that height and really need something taller.) The other caveat is that they do snap where the scrollwork meets the main support. The welding is so thin that if you rough them around too much the scrollwork snaps off. So be warned and careful with them when setting them up. For the price, though, I think they're worth it.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I placed it where I plan to move some climbers next spring. Then I'll know how successful it is. I like the v shape and the simple decorative leaves. The height is perfect.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Vertical Veggies in containers and supporting a Camelia in a container.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Out of the box and into the garden with minimal prep, these supports are perfect for any climbing flower or vine. And you get 3 of them so affordably!

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I'm using these for my garden beans. They are pretty, and seem to work well. [...]A piece of the decoration came undone from one of the supports, and because I had to unbend the long trellis the two sides aren't equally separated (they are farther apart toward the bottom where they were pierced into the ground, then taper together at the top). If you don't mind them being uneven, or have more patience than me to separate them correctly, they would work well for you.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I thought these would be great to use; however, when I opened two of the three in the set, they broke apart in spots that had been welded. I haven't opened the third one yet, figuring that would happen again. they are being used, but I wouldn't order them again and hesitate to use the third one.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
It is usuful. I use it all the time. I have 6, ordered twice.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I purchased these to hold up some flowering vines. They're beautiful and very easy to set up. My vines are now happily climbing the wrought iron. I'm very pleased.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
These were perfect on my patio - a little fancier than the usual "tomato ladders". The scroll feature and the beautiful leaf accent were perfect to help hold up my large container tomato plants.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I used one in a flower pot and one around a post. They looked great in both places.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
The only handy spot I have for a vegetable garden was clearly visible from my kitchen, bedroom and living room windows. I needed to keep the veggies from looking like a production farm so that the view wouldn't suffer. These supports are a great addition -- they looked fabulous before the beans and tomato covered them. I had no problem with them blowing over and they are supporting the weight of growth without complaint.
I'd like to see them a little taller, to better support my enthusiastic bean vines, but that's a small nitpick.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
The welding came apart in one of the connecting designs. Otherwise, I really am enjoying them.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
perfect for my Jasmine in a container. I have received many compliments.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
the are easy to use and the are strong to support a plant
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I purchased this product specifically for my Mandevilla vines. It's great because it's tall but yet still fits in a large pot. So far the vines are loving it! I was unable to find something like this locally. So glad you sent me the catologue, when I spotted them, I knew they would be perfect!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
One of the plant supports had a spot where the weld of the scrollwork to the upright was broken. However, it is still usable and attractive.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I really wanted one of these, and I wasn't sure I could use three. Now I'm considering a second set! The fit easily into lots of places-behind the mailbox, near a fence, next to a deck railing, and look good but inconspicuous, just what I wanted. They are also proving to be remarkably sturdy for the price.

I use the supports for potted clematis plant. They look fantastic!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
This is a very nice looking plant support. I bought them for my tomato plants and have been very pleased. I'm also going to put two around my post for the bird house. I think it will look nice as a circular support for a climbing vine.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
A little light, but sturdy enough for lighter climbing plants - very pretty
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Works well in large indoor pots as well as out. Do wish it came packaged in even numbers.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I use this for my clematis vines, and they are wonderful. The design is attractive. Would like a color other than black.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I have a beautifully landscaped garden with many flowers. I love the taste of home grown tomatoes, but hated the looks of the support systems that were on the market. With the beautiful trellis supports the tomatoe plants look as pretty as the rest of the yard.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I originally got 1 set of 3 and liked them so much that I ordered another set. I use them in pots with clematis and gloriosa lilies and also for short clematis planted in the ground. They are attractive even before the plant grows enough to need the support. Wish I had found these a long time ago!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
A friend of mine sent me six dinner plate dahlias as a "garden warming" present, telling me to stake them early and enjoy. I have never tried dahlias before and was nervous. When I saw the scrollwork plant supports, I knew they would be perfect. They look great now, adding architectural interest to the bare flower bed when the dahlias are just sprouts, and will look great as they grow.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Excellent stability when pushed down in ground, but sacrifices height in the process. Would love to see it a made a bit taller. (This is likely why it's a *flower* support, and not a *vine* support.)
Pre-purchase, I pictured it as being hinged rather than bend-metal-to-pull-apart adjustable. Regardless, I've not had the issues others described with the welds pulling apart.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
This is the second set I've purchased. While they're probably not going to last for years and years, for my purposes they'll be fine. Be careful when opening them up - I damaged the first one I opened.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I have a couple sets of these and use them mostly for sweet peas in winter and spring, then move them around in summer to prop up tomatoes, sunflowers or dahlias. In Texas most tomatoes and vines (even sweet peas) will usually outgrow these by several feet and flop over, but I like how delicate they are and easy to move around. Pretty versatile. My only warning is that several of them have broken in places where the metal was molded together within the first few months, but I make them work anyway.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I bought 2 lush, long-vined Golden Pothos in June. The problem: Brutal TX heat outside. I didn't want to hang hooks in my ceiling or brackets on walls. We looked everywhere for something that would work and finally, 5 mos. later, I got your catalog. Gardener's had JUST what I needed. The twining was easy - the supports fit right in the pots. I could not be happier. It was worth the wait - I finally found you!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
exceptionally tall plants or vines that need support to showcase have easy growth display adjustments by winding stems through the scroll work
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
This product is pretty enough for the living room and sturdy enough for the outdoor garden. I use it inside for a giant philodendron that loves it. It is also great to increase vertical space for container gardens while adding a decorative touch while plants are young.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I mounted two of them laterally, bottoms to center, on the outside of a deck railing. I am training a hummingbird vine to grow across the length of the railing, about a foot below the top of it. The three sides allow me to weave the vine growth for support. I wonder about how durable the paint is. Time will tell but if it chips off, there won't be any way to repaint it with the vine growing through it.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I LOVE Gardener's Supply and their products. So far everything I've purchased has been useful and I'm impressed with the quality. I send many people to this website!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
It took me a minute to figure out how to spread the sections into an L shape, but other than that, it was simple to use and looks lovely even before the vines grow up on it.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
When I attempted to open them, two out of three of them broke. They are still useable but the leafy scrolls broke off.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Your square-foot pots are great for windows, but their trellises are ugly and too short.
I've split the three new trellises between two square-foot pots, to support snap peas and/or morning glories as window cover. (I'd prefer two larger trellises, or trellises that are easier to link together.)
Also, your matching window-box planter is perfect for an herb garden on the window sill. It's IMPORTANT to have simple, matched pots in a small apartment.
However, Fiori's planter set is still the better size and weight for use in Balcony Gardens.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
[...]are very cute-i put them behind my roses and astibles for growing morning glories/hollyhocks or moonflowers. I don't think they would hold anything heavier than the flowers i mentioned. a bit wobbley-but I think they are useful for lightweight vines.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Not as sturdy as the tomato ladders, but so far is holding up my tomato plants...Very decorative. Folds for easy storage
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I purchased the scrollwork plant suppports for a clematis plant. I was delighted when I realized there were 3 separate supports that could be used either individually or together. The support itself is attractive (which is nice while the plant is developing). I also used it for an annual vine that should not get too heavy. I would have liked for them to be a bit sturdier. The legs bend easily when pushed into the ground and I have my doubts about whether they will be able to support even the smaller clematis vine.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
We're growing peas in an old washtub. These are great to let the peas climb. Bumper crop!
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I use these great ladders in the garden for my shorter clematis. Besides being a great support they are very attractive even when the plant is not fully grown. I also use one for a climbing house plant. It's a little tall for that but the plant is growing up it at great speed.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I've grown clematis in containers on my rooftop garden for a few years and was looking for some kind of trellis support. These were great - easy to use (just stick in the pot after spreading them open) and they look great. Only two drawbacks: I wish they came in a size about a foot taller, and one of the decorative leaf curls came unwelded from the main upright as I opened them, although this has not affected my use of the trellis. Overall, I'm very pleased with them.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
When I bent the support open per the instructions, one of the scrollwork pieces broke off the main support. I was able to bend it back into position, but I wasn't expecting it to break so easily.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Would love to see it in different heights...taller ones.
Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I'm using it for Thumbergia,Cardinal Climbers and cherry tomatoes. It's perfect for the first two - not really effective for the tomatoes.

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
I purchased these and like them. I don't think they will be big enough for my clematis in a few years but my candy corn plant loves it. I was alittle concerned about their sturdiness but so far so good

Comments about Scrollwork Plant Supports, Set of 3:
Looked good once i put i together but it was kinda cheap and wierd that you had to put it apart and then i had to use zip ties to tie it together that were not included or in the instructions
