more interest for the garden!

Super easy to set up and store. Like the hot pink color!
Comments about Coil Support:
I was very excited to get the coil supports, I wanted to add more color to the landscape, so I purchased blue and two red. I was disappointed that the red was not a true red and the blue was more periwinkle, than blue. The installation of the supports was a nightmare. Nothing holds them in place. I had dug down about a foot in the soil, placed the coil, used the one spike sent and the several other long garden staples added the dirt on top and it still sprang up, pulling everything with it. Only the included spike stayed in place. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed with this product, which sits in my garden shed.
Comments about Coil Support:
Not sure of the pros and cons yet. A little difficult to set up, needed extra anchor to secure coil properly. Green coil support is actually a yellowly mustard color.
Comments about Coil Support:
I am using this to grow morning glories on and it has worked very well they are vining around it and it looks very nice.

Comments about Coil Support:
I bought this to support a tomato plant near my front door. I wanted something attractive - and sturdy. The coil support is cute (though the "red" is more of a deep salmon) but it doesn't provide a lot of support. The vertical spine of the coil is made of two pieces and it seems weak where they join. The coils are loose and floppy. I think they's support something light like morning glories - but they'll just float around a tomato. I drove a long piece of rebar in to support mine and will just leave the coil there to look cute.
Comments about Coil Support:
Colour was NOT green as ordered, more yellow. One of the coils was coiled the wrong way. And try to correct that. The uprights are like five feet of hollow pencil divided into three segments. They are very flimsy. The small screws that connect the segments do not keep the upright straight but almost guarantee it will bend at the connection. And, it seems the tip off to a quality product is that an extra screw or whatever is included. No extra screws with these products. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't.

Comments about Coil Support:
I just installed this to support a Trumpet Vine and I like the way it looks so much I ordered two more and my neighbor wants one. It adds a really interesting dimension in the yard. It hasn't been up too long so I don't know yet how it will weather. However, I installed the center support pole deeply in the ground and it seems very sturdy so I not expecting winds, etc. to disturb it. I ordered the green color and it's a soft yellow not green, but still attractive.

Comments about Coil Support:
My pole beans are scampering right up the coils. Assembly was a cinch and they look attractive in the garden. I will be buying more of these.

Comments about Coil Support:
I am using it for Pole Beans but I believe it will not be tall enough for the beans.

Comments about Coil Support:
Plants not tall enough to go up spiral. Waiting patiently.
Comments about Coil Support:
I like the visual lightness of these. Pefect for shorter/younger Clematis. The red is really a hot pink, which is what I prefer anyway, but these could painted any color. Really great price for fun support.
Comments about Coil Support:
I grew my morning glories on one last year and ordered 3 for my mother's birthday recently.

Could not handle the load of our fully loaded tomato vines.

Comments about Coil Support:
I'm keeping them, although only using top half of one. Purchased for indoor plants and they are very large. Difficult to stabilize on my indoor pots. The green is a puky (imo) opinion color.

Comments about Coil Support:
Cute, easy to put up and easy to store, but a little flimsy. It tends to get blown over in some our our windy conditions here in north Texas. Might do better in a protected area.
Comments about Coil Support:
I love that this support stores flat.
I would prefer a different color, like green or blue, do not care for this gold color.
Comments about Coil Support:
took care of the annoying Morning Glorys that were strangling everything else.

Comments about Coil Support:
If you like your tomato plants on the ground and have nothing better to do than waste time daily trying to stake fully grown and loaded plants, then spend your hard-earned cash on this attractive but useless item.
Comments about Coil Support:
I'm using these supports for vining flowers and vegetables. They are easy to set up and take down, and I like the way they look before and during the plant growth. The colors are an added attraction.
Comments about Coil Support:
my husband is going to attach lights and set up as a christmas tree.
Comments about Coil Support:
I love the coil support for my passion vines that just pop up in my garden. I wanted a vibrant red to help attract the butterflies and hummingbirds, but the color is pale, almost pink, not vibrant
Comments about Coil Support:
These coils are much larger than I had expected. They are also difficult to use because of the coil tension - I needed to stake them down, and after several months, they are still too "springy". They seem to be working, though.

Comments about Coil Support:
I have used them for both vine beans and butternut squash. They work best with the light weight veggies.
Comments about Coil Support:
good product and attractive
Comments about Coil Support:
We have been looking for attractive supports to contribute attention to the vegie garden. We ordered the coil supports and also the teepees, and we couldn't be happier. We were so impressed that we bought them as presents for friends and family members.
Comments about Coil Support:
An attractive way to grow beans in your front yard!

Comments about Coil Support:
These supports get so many compliments from everyone in our neighborhood. They are bright and cheerful (color does differ a bit from catalog picture) and unlike anything else. They add variation to the gardens and are just fun to have around and they've held up through some pretty hard wind this summer.
Comments about Coil Support:
I will buy more of these for my garden next year. I would like to try and raise cucumbers on them and use the space I save from the cucumbers for other things. I have limited space. I am using it for pole beans this year and it is terrific.
Comments about Coil Support:
Awesome support for tall hollyhocks. They look funky before the hocks are tall, and with just a little adjusting to keep the stems inside the hoops, they disappear when the hocks are tall and keep the plants tall and straight and glorious! I'm so glad I found these - they are PERFECT!

Comments about Coil Support:
I tried 2 of these because I loved the concept and design and colors. Normally I would make my own teepee for pole beans and sugar snap peas.
The pole beans are doing OK right now. The sugar snap peas on this are a disaster. Constantly falling over and destroying the plants.
I think it should only be for flowers such as morning glories, sweet peas and a like. That is what I will do with them next year.
They are OUT OF My VEGGIE GARDEN!
My suggestion would also be to make the center pole heftier. Currently it is way to wimpy and flimsy.
I would not buy this again as it is now. Would consider it if it were sturdier because I still like the concept.

Comments about Coil Support:
I had planned on using the support for mini pumpkins but it is not stable/suitable for a heavy vine. Things I like is it is good looking in the garden and easy to collapse to store. It is tricky to set up. Great idea, poor design.
Comments about Coil Support:
I love the colorful coils in the garden they're great for climbing beans and flower vines.
Comments about Coil Support:
Bought both the blue and the green. They look wonderful in my garden and are happily supporting blue and pink morning glories. A great buy!

Comments about Coil Support:
The advertisements show a better picture than the actual product. The wire coil is somewhat flimsy and the support rod is difficult to install so that it will stay centered. It is not very stable for holding plants. It acts more like a spring than a coil. I used it as a rose support but it was barely adequate.
Comments about Coil Support:
Product does not work well with tomato plants but I could see it working with almost anything "lighter"! A beautiful, graceful and colorful product!!
Comments about Coil Support:
This works great with my clematis!

Comments about Coil Support:
I was looking for a new way to support my pole beans when I found the coil supports. They were beyond easy to assemble and have proved to be very sturdy. I ordered both red and blue and they add a touch of color and whimsy and are exactly what I wanted.

Product was really unstable and I was disappointed as compared to other products I have purchased.

Comments about Coil Support:
I tried the coil support with pole beans, but it doesn't seem well suited to how they want to climb. They have no problem climbing the center support, but aren't using the coil part no matter how I try to coax them. Bamboo poles are cheaper, easier, and work better.
I'll try the coil for my passionflower or maybe morning glory next season. Maybe those will like it better.
