I needed more of these- already have many.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
They work perfectly. A little awkward until the plants grow tall enough to matter - but that's the point, right?
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Looking forward to have my flowers upright
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
These will be great for those plants that always give up and lay down halfway through the summer. I can't wait!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
these rings are great - they keep a flower garden neet and organized
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Keeps your garden beds from looking like something sat on the plants!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I had to cut off about 6 inches to fit the flowers. My ground is hard and they are not stiff or pointed enough to stick in very far. They are now doing the job, though.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Nice design and color, blends well with foliage and is easy to use. Very useful for holding up drooping flowers. Could be just a bit heavier, bends a little when getting it down far enough in the soil. Overall a good design and works well.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Gives attractive support to large plants with multiple stems that are drooping. Easy to open ring, gather stems, and hook to close. Could be heftier, just a bit flimsy, but works well.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
As an avid perennial gardener, these come in handy to hold up my blooms so they are more attractive and noticable. May end up ordering more since my perennial gardens just keep growing!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Such a help for very tall plants laden with flowers and fruit
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
The ring is a little difficult to close, especially if it's being used for a fragile stem.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I purchased a set to see how this product would work. The support worked so well that I have purchased several sets in different sizes. The product almost makes the plant supports invisible. There is no hassle with ties and wire. The covering willing make this product last for many seasons!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I got these for my Joe Pye Weed which are now about 6 feet tall. They work, makes a big difference.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
We needed something to hold our hollyhocks upright because the winds in New Mexico were blowing them to a 45º angle. These tall rings were not strong enough to do the job on even ONE stalk. Big disappointment.

Very helpful for my lilys

Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I love these supports. They blend in and hold up in pouring rain. My flowers are not on the ground covered in mud. Also they can be cut to whatever length you need.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Great for a little extra support for the plants in need. Very sturdy and blend well with the green foliage.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I bought the extra tall ones to support some huge swamp hibiscuses and trumpet lillies in my rain garden that got blown down last year during tropical storms. I thought at first these rings were going to be too tall when I first installed them, but now my tall flowers are growing right through the loop as designed. We haven't had any real tropical storms yet, but everything has survived the first summer thunderstorms tall and strong. The slender green stakes are nearly invisible and don't detract from the blooms like bamboo stakes and ties did. I will be buying a pack of the medium size ones for the shorter lillies.

MY TOMATO PLANTS LOVE THIS SIZE SUPPORT
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Great for holding up iris, and other tall plants that might lean over...I ordered in three sizes and will use them all and probably order more
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
These are great for iris's,foxglove and glads. this protects and supports them better that the stakes I used to use.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
The color blends well with the plants. I leave them on until frost takes my tall plants so I can still enjoy the foliage after the blooms have faded.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I've always enjoyed using your products.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
great for taller plants that are not too heavy. Single support will bend and will not support heavier plants. I often use multiple supports for a single plant that is either too heavy or has multiple stems that need suppport.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Great for keeping the plants standing and where I want them in my garden
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I have put them away for use next summer.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I like the idea of a ring closing around a small group of flowers to hold them upright. It would fit my garden better if they were about 6" shorter. Most of my flowers are not that tall, but would benefit from having some support. I already use the curved link stakes and they're great, but at times I need something else.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I use the rings year round. I leave them in place over the winter so when spring comes and I am overwhelmed with pulling the spring weeds I am reminded of the beautiful plant that might just be breaking the surface. The ring signals watch out!!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Useful for staking delphiniums, gladiolas, and dahlias. I've even used them to prop up tomato branches.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
These gathering rings help my garden keep its maintained look!! I have searched all over and could not find this item anywhere else, thank you Gardeners Supply!!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Perfect to use as supports for my peonies. The design make it easy to open, "capture" the stems and enclose.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
You can store many of these in a small space and reuse year after year.

Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
We grow a wide variety of peppers each summer. We purchased these rings for the flowers, but found that they were also perfect to support the burgeoning pepper crop!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I ordered these in several sizes; they are far better than the ones in the stores; I don't know how I managed without them. They are supporting gladiolas, all types of perennials, clumps of daisies that had gotten too tall, and I keep grabbing another one for another spot. Next year they'll go in the ground BEFORE things get unruly.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Nice for my cone flowers, heliopsis, day lilies and prairie mallow - so far. I'm happy with this product. They are really long (4 ft) so make sure you will be able to get them into the ground okay.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
It was easy to use the 7 1/2 rings for my lillies. I have lillies taller the me. I liked the way they stood straight. I have had wonderful comments from passers by and asked where I brought the rings. I told them the Gardeners Supply Company in Vermont. I'll bet they will be order some. Again thank you for your great product.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
these are perfect for those tall, floppy flowers that can't support themselves, easy to use, looks so much better than sticks and rope
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
The product is easy to use and I like the availability of the different diameter rings. However, my ground is rocky and I am unable to get the stake into the ground very far. I would like to see the ring come in shorter heights as well as the current heights.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
The 7½" rings effectively solve the problem of multi-stem plants that flop onto other plants when blooming or booming. With the rings, groups of stems can be directed to stand up and show off, to get the best display in the garden.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
The 6" rings effectively solve the problem of multi-stem plants that flop onto other plants when blooming or booming. With the rings, several stems can be directed to stand up and show off, to get the best display in the garden.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
works well with lighter, taller multi-stemmed plants but too flimsy for use on "heavier" plants with thicker stems and bigger flower heads. The single support will not carry much weight before bending. I use them for small groupings of glads and immature dahlias that haven't bushed out yet.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I am using this product for my Hollyhocks. They are alot taller this year.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
great for use with narrower multistemmed plants or for glads planted in small groups. Definately not designed to support weightier plants, though (the support will just lean and sag under weight).
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
My delphiniums love these supports! With the wind we have in Wyoming, they need it.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I could have used a shorter wider ring in conjunction , but I used several together to create what I wanted for the outdoor stem orchids.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
used it to hold up drooping flower stems and they worked great. I plan to order more.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I bought these with the intent of using them on my tall shasta daisies which aren't ready for staking yet. The supports seem flimsy but hard to make them any sturdier and still keep them lightweight. I purchased them for the large openable ring. Perhaps I'll cut them down a bit and that will make them sturdier. For now I am using them to support some droopy lilac branches. One nice thing is how well they blend in with the foliage. I have 5 of them in one lilac and you'd never know.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Am using the rings on lilies, coneflowers and smaller grasses. They work very well.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
They hold up my foxgloves beautifully, but you can't even see the gathering rings.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Use these stakes to hold up my foxgloves and other flowers. Their perfect.

Using these supports for tall lilies.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Exactly what I was looking for! Big enough to handle the most towering plants I want to keep upright. Great product!!!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Easy to use.

Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
These are a bit flimsy. They are effective with shorter plants but have been disappointing used with heliopsis and tall sunflowers. Must have half their height in the ground to be sturdy.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Use them all over.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
By the time a plant is tall enough to need these stakes it is going to be too heavy for the stake to support. They are very good for shorter plants, and I do recommend the shorter ones, but these taller stakes are just not strong enough.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
All my tall plants will look better longer with these. I'm happy I bought them. I love the design. It's wide and accomodates my lilies without having to force them. Very good product.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I has been a year of pounding rain but my glads and lilies have stood tall thanks to this product!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Rings were used to keep upright several types of tall lilies.

Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
After being so thrilled with last year's purchase of the shorter gathering rings for my Asiatic lilies, I thought the taller ones would be ideal to support my Oriental lilies and glads. I found that the weight of full bloom lilies and glads were too heavy for the taller gathering rings. The rods did not remain vertical and erect. Instead, they bent over easily causing the lilies to overshadow other plantings and limit the display of lilies I was trying to achieve. While the gathering ring concept is phenomenal, the product integrity or strength is flawed. Perhaps a heavier gauge steel rod should be used for the taller supports. I would still recommend the product because the concept works. It would be outstanding if it were stronger!!!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Saved my lilies from falling over.
And, from a distance, blends into garden, so doesn't really detract.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
These gathering rings do what they say they do: they support lanky plants. They're not gorgeous to look at, but they're covered up by pretty plants anyway so it doesn't matter. They're easy to use and seem pretty durable.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
No more flip-floppin' Delphiniums!!!! YEAH!!!
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
As with all of the supports, I recommend that you start with the small and medium sizes, so that your plants have the support that they need during their Spring growth. I did not do that, and am now waiting for my glads, foxgloves, etc. to grow high enough for the supports to be of use. Easier to use than the linking supports, and far superior to the single stem supports.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
Use to keep my lillies from falling over in heavy rain
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I was having problems with some of my flowers leaning over other lower plants, these keep them in place so the other flowers can bloom
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
I thought I had bought the wrong size, at first. But once my gladiolas cam in and started blooming I am glad I bought the larger size. And they hold more than one stem at a time, I have three in each. I have bought plant supports from Gardner's Supply before so I knew where to go to right away when I need more plant supports. The fact they are enameled green make them blend in with the plants they support, so they are useful AND attractive.
Comments about Gathering Rings, Set of 3:
These are great for gathering bunches of flowers such as crocosmia or single flowers such as gladiolus that flop over smaller ones in the front of the beds. Easy to use and they don't wreck your flowers.
