Much easier to put together and store than most supports. These are the only ones you can put in AFTER the plant has already grown since you really can gather the stems without damage by twisting the spiral. They are attractive too. I wish they made even more sizes. We bought more after seeing them work. There is only one leg so it will not be stable enough for some heavier plants.

Sturdy and economical, and a dark green that will disappear inside growing clumps of perennials. The spiral design allows this support to be easily incorporated well after a plant fills out, so there's no waiting for the wire to become engulfed by the plant.

I was a little leary when I first saw this advertised, but I was upset about my taller plants blooming and falling over onto the ground. I ordered these and now I can enjoy the beauty of my plants all season long. They sway gently in the breeze and are still standing tall after a heavy rain!

Perfect for holding up droopy flowers. The two I ordered tidied up that end-of-the-season floppiness my abundant gaura are so prone to. Their apparent fragile appearance belies a very sturdy design. I liked them so much, I turned around and ordered two more!

I had purchased this plant support in the smaller size and was very pleased with the quality and its effectiveness. I thought the larger size would be great for some of my tall flowers that tend to droop, but what a surprise! The spiral coiled upward from the center rod, not downward as with the smaller support or as shown in the picture. It made a big difference in how effectively and easily the stalks were gathered in when the spiral was turned. I ended up doing most of the "gathering" by placing each stalk individually, by hand, into the coil. The quality of the materials used is very good, but the supports are pricey.

I had my doubts that these would work, but they do! I used them on my flowers that had grown tall and would no longer stand up. It took awhile to arrange them so they'd look good, but the spiral design made it easy. It'll be better when I use them next year before the flowers grow tall.

Where has this been all my life? A very simple design, an equally simple concept - and over the top fantastic results. Great for peonies, rose shrubs and any number of many-stemmed blossoming perennials. Kudos to designer/inventor. And kudos to GSC for making it affordably available.

I am using this on my knautia that gets all wild-looking. I like the wild look, but I needed something to help the knautia stay in place. This product helps the plants stand up yet keep that willowy look.

I used on some particularly leggy plants and it absolutely transformed their appearance in nothing flat. The spiral design is a cinch to use and lets you elevate the plant stems to the exact height you want. The green finish allows it to blend right in almost invisibly.

The large size was equally good for one larger plant in need of support.

I use this in my flower garden to tame my stokesias when they bloom, as they tend to be rather floppy on long stems. They work well for tall parsley, too, to keep it tidy.

I have bought many of these over the years. As my gardens grew I bought more of them. They are very sturdy and I really like the fact that the legs are attached so you don't loose them when you are cleaning up in the fall.
