These versatile trellises provide sturdy support for flowering vines and climbing roses. Install against any outdoor wall or create a freestanding fence or screen. Made from high quality natural bamboo with galvanized steel rivets. Bamboo is cut at the "knuckles" on one side; at these joints the bamboo is solid rather than hollow. If using horizontally, place this side at the top to keep rainwater out of the canes.

i bought 4 of these trellises to run up 3 stories of my house as well as across a porch railing to support morning glories. hopefully the effect will be a 3 story wall of morning glories. the set up literally took minutes and because of the expansion, i had total flexiblity for length and width. no measuring, no cutting, no swearing! you are the best!

It is so good to see this item back in your catalog. I purchased two about seven or eight years ago and still have one, which is now immovable because a honeysuckle vine has engulfed it. I had to leave the other one at our old house when we moved because the honeysuckle vine on it was too entwined to remove.

I needed an attractive way to safely cover the basement window wells that are right next to my driveway. The windows are not basement type. They are regular house windows to let more light inside. There are 4 x 4 landscaping ties forming the rectangular well and it is almost level with the surface on top. I placed the trellises at an angle against the house and secured them with cable ties and screw eyes. Now I can plant vines on either side and have a pleasing and safe way to avoid an accidental fall.

Water and oxidation has deteriorated the once beautiful look of my fence. Leaving a gap in the middle, I put one trellis on each side. I am growing bouganvillas and the trellis will give them steps to cling to while they grow.

It was kind of expensive with shipping (for me) and I feel it should be stored inside during our rainy winters to make it last, but I like it. I bought it to cover an exterior wall space. I put two poles in the ground vertically and wired the trellis to the poles against the wall, so it is extended fully. It looks great and the Cobaea vines are running up it, along with some black-eyed-susan vines. I like that the trellis is so portable and that it can be used in future years in a million other ways.

This trellis can expand up to 8 feet, maybe more, and is perfect for the chimney wall I wanted to use it on. Now I don't have to worry about my clematis running out of support any time soon! I've also hung this trellis horisontally to cover a wall with jasmine and it works well either way.
