These durable markers are neat-looking, last for years, and really stay put. Standard Markers have galvanized wire legs and etched-zinc nameplates for recording variety names, sources and planting dates.

I have a very large garden in my back yard and use the markers to mark those prennials that dye off during the Fall so I know where they are in the Spring when they come back
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers are fantastic. I love to try out new perrenials and often forget the names and varieties. This is the solution I have been looking for. I have seen this type of marker in nurseries and professional gardens, but have never seen them for sale. The price seemed very reasonable. I bought both the horizontal and the vertical style.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I print clear labels to stick on the markers. Very professional looking. And... helps me remember what's what and where.

I am a professional gardner specializing in Native Plants. Because my clients view my garden for knowledge and example plantings, I use the standard markers for botanical listings. The markers are simple and not distracting. The real focus and star of the garden are the plants themselves!

I like that they are simple to use and place.

Large label allows legible writing.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I collect several different perrenials and having them tagged keeps me from replanting in that spot before the original plant grows. It also helps me keep up with the identification.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Used a grease pen to write on the stake the name of the item planted in that location. The birds can't carry it away; the rain doesn't wash it away and I don't forget what I have planted.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
This is the best product of its kind. I priced plastic markers that were not reliable and they were more expensive. Easy to use and reuse. Love them.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
So far, so good. I bought these (along with the paint marker) to mark the many tall bearded Iris varieties I grow. The metal markers are easy to write on and are easily pushed into the ground.

will be using these to identify all of the different vegetables in the garden.

I used these markers in my veggie garden and in my planters (also planted with veggies). They are great! Now I know what I planted!!!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have so many flowers planted, mostly Perinneals and I'm not sure what is what or where I want them. So these help me know where I planted what. They are great!!!

In flower & vegetable garden
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
The only reason I didn't give these markers 5 stars is that until it has been used a number of years, I will not really know about its durability. Seems well buit and of good materials so I anticipate that they will last many many years.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These work great in plant beds but the stakes are too long to be used for container gardening. I wish they made this same product available with shorter stakes. Best when used with a paint pen.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I really like these plant markers for their durability and they're easy to use. I usually print out a plastic label on my Brother printer and stick it onto the marker. The combination lasts and lasts and lasts in the garden, making it easy for me to find what's where in the spring.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I use these markers to label all the plants and shrubs I have been putting in my yard. So far all are holding up well, except the one that tangled with the lawnmower. My biggest piece of advice is to order more than you think you'll need because they go fast!

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These are one of the "handiest" gadgets for the home gardener. Everything else I've tried, including plastic and wood, have failed after a season or two. These hold great promise for a long garden life.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I type out the common and Genus name and attach it to markers with clear heavy tape to prevent label from fading.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
My husband and I both buy & plant items. With these tags, I no longer stand and wonder what that plant is in 'my' garden.
Also, being retired, we 'forget', but the markers don't, and they stay legible (we use a labeler with LARGE print.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers really add class sitting near my plants. Great way to keep track of my plants.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
i use these on all my plants for some reason a feww have gotten pretty rusty while others stay the way they came. They do not go well with the lawn mower. My husband has a tendancy to run over them
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I print out plant names, laminate them, then attach to markers
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I really like these for my herb garden, I can send my children out to get herbs and they are able to choose the correct one.
They look nice, only drawback is they are for one thing only unless you use tape on the label face.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I really like these markers, they have a uniform look and stay in place. If I was not sure I was going to keep a plant in its current location, I used the back side of the marker..
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I'm always losing the plant tags when I re-pot and/or plant in my garden. These are highly visible and so easy to write on and read. They're practically indestructable which is what I need for these northwest winters.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
The plant markers are good quality for the price. [...]After my last markers that were purchased at a large retailer rusted, I did spray the part that goes into the ground with spray paint.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I use these to mark the plants my friends and family are always asking about...now they can pull it and read what things are. I also use these for my daylily breeding program. Makes life easier for me.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I laminated the plant names then taped them on the plant markers. This is the first season and so far so good!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
They worked great for what I intended.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Easy to mark gardens. Really durable and neat.I don't have to bend to see them in the gardens. Easy to store.Reusable because I plant the same things, usually. I even have some left over for new plants next year.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Sturdy, easy to use metal markers really add a classy look to the garden. I love the uniform look, much neater than the plastic tags that come in pots from the nursery. Just write on the metal with a permanent marker, and you're good to go.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I wanted these to mark my perennials so that when spring comes around I am not uprooting what I want to keep. They look pretty sturdy...I will see how they survive a NY winter.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Very helpful for labeling the different flowers in my Butterfly Garden.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
This is a great way to id plants in your garden so you don't forget what they are, when you planted, variety, etc.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
A very good and useful product
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I am using the standard markers in my raised beds for vegetables as well as in my 1/2 acre of gardens. They are well-made and the sign area is easy to read.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
They very good for keeping up with what and where the plants are from year to year.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Very sturdy and easy to use.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Good heavy duty markers!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers are much easier to see in outdoor gardens than standard little wooden or plastic ones. I got them initially for my square foot veggie garden where they're very neat looking and add to the organized look of the beds. I later realized they were also attractive enough to use in my decorative flower garden to mark interesting plants or things I need to keep track of (like the garlic hiding among the flowers).
The paint pens were back-ordered at the time so I just used a permanent marker. The one thing I'm not clear on is whether I'll be able to remove the marks (with alcohol?) and reuse them next year (or later this year for 2nd and 3rd round plantings), or whether I'll need to tape over the old labels.
Overall, very nice to look at and I'm clearly going to want more.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
easy to see
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Such attractive markers, now I can find everything I have in my garden and know exactly what it is. I used these markers in my flower garden, which I also have a lot of ferns and hostas, mostly shade. Now I can identify each plant, as there are so many names of hostas and ferns.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I'm a bit of a nerd, and have used other methods to label perennials and shrubs in my garden (ex. river rocks with permanent marker), but the lettering wears off after a year or two, and rocks can get pressed into the ground and mulch, never to be seen again. These markers are very attractive and make my yard look like a mini-botanical garden! The real test will come in the spring when I see whether the permanent marker has worn off at all - may earn 5 stars if they still look great.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I like being able to name the plant....and also these are going to be given as gifts...so far so good
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
When we host visitors on our farm, they want to know exactly what is planted. These markers will make all the difference! Sturdy & simple, coupled with the garden pen (which we'll see how "permanent" it is), folks can make a list without even having to ask the name and spelling of the plants in our gardens.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I really like the ability to label my plants and won't have to rely on my memory. As we all know how short that is getting as we are getting older.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I use them to hold up some large onions that are growing in my garden. The permanent ink will fade with time on the metal so use something that does not fade to write on them.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These nameplates are effective, sturdy, and easy to use. If you want to label your plants or garden these are a definite purchase
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers will stay put and last many years. I used my little P-Touch label maker to mark varieties and planting dates. The design is great because they are angled so that I don't have to stand on my head to see at a glance. Next spring I just peel off my labels and make new ones.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
like these markrs for thier durabliity but also because they don't stand out or interfer with the garden design

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
My vegetable garden is a square foot garden (8x12), one of 53 at a local public park. People like to visit and look around. so you must have signs for your plantings. These really work great because they are big enough for people to read what's on them and not so big that will interfere with your plants. You do need to get the marker, also sold here.

I recently moved to a home (in a different state & growing zone) with overgrown landscping & I've been redoing the entire yard. These markers help me identify plants that I was not able to grow in my last location. They, also, help to mark plants that die down in the winter, so that I'll know what will be coming up there in early spring.

I have a hard time remembering the names of my plants. These markers are perfect. This also helps when I am explaining to workers what they need to do. It's a handy reference for them as well.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I may live in a small townhouse with a small yard, but I make up for that with big gardening. I ordered these markers to use in my vegetable garden to label the multiple types of tomatoes I'm growing. After getting started placing them, I thought, 'What the heck?' and started putting them with my flowers and other prized plants out back. Not only do they help me remember what is where in the veggies, but they also look really great in containers of annuals or other flowers.
I didn't order the ink pen - I used a Sharpie. And I tested it with nail polish remover - take the ink right off.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I love using these markers in my garden. They are attractive and fun. I especially like being able to label when the plant is a gift.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Wonderful way to keep track of plants, and if left up over the winter in a perennial garden, no more wondering what's coming up where in the garden. In addition to labeling, I can insert the plastic plant description that comes with the plant for complete information.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These take the guess work out of knowing where perennials are planted when doing early spring clean up. No more unintentional hosta or daffodil divisions.
I use these for varietal identification and as a special note of rememberance if I get a cutting or a division from a fellow gardener.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I just started with these markers, so I don't know about durability. I have a large perennial garden and have used them so far to mark plants that are just coming up so we don't step on them. I also have placed a few by plants that my husband never remembers the name of. I like them so far and I'm going to order more soon. :-)
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I really enjoy those markers, they enable me to identify all sorts of berrybushes and seasonals in my new garden. I use it in my raised beds, in my herb wheel and for labeling all my many heirloom tomatoes. it is fun to use them
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I like these markers, but they easily become bent or the marker falls off the stake

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Such a simple product that is so effective. I haven't pulled a seedling by mistake forgetting what was planted. I've added a hint about what the seedling looks like when it sprouts. on the back side.

Flower garden
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
these markers are great and guests to my home enjoy knowing the names of the beautiful flowers in my garden. The markers need to be rewritten before the fall or winter season, so that they will accurately and legibly reflect the new growth sprouting from the earth in the spring.
I have also found the markers a useful tool in maintaining the identity of bulbs lifted from the ground for indoor wintering. I just toss a marker in the container with the bulb(s) which are then readily identifiable in the spring.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
The markers are just what I needed. I have been using make-shift markers, plastic tabs from plants, etc. These make my garden look neater.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I got these markers and couldn't wait to get outside and put them in.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have high hopes this will also help my friend who tries to help me weeding - especially before the perennials are established each late Spring.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I will have to wonder what i planted where.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers would be great if the legs would just hold up for more than a year or so. If the legs would last, maybe being able to get new plates for them would be a good product, handy for marking annuals, or to replace when a specimen hits the dust.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I make labels from my P-touch with the name on the front and another for the back with plant info e.g., PS, ht, etc.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These are very helpful in remembering latin names and other little notes
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
great for remembering the names of the things I plant in this entirely new climate (originally from WI)!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have used these markers both in my herb and flower gardens. My grandchildren love to go through the garden and learn the names of things. It has helped me lots when I plant in the fall and watch the garden come up in the spring. It helps know what is and is not a weed! I have gotten comments from friends on how nice they look also.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
They make identifying my Hosta collection easy and attractive.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I like the way these markers look in the garden. Previously, I used the plastic markers that came with the plants. Over winter they would move or break. Now I can keep those in a folder for reference & know that I'll be able to identify my plants with these handy, sturdy markers.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I use them to mark my flowers so I remember what will be coming up in the spring and also for my friends to see what the particular flower is
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have spent a lot of money on perennials only to dig them up in the spring thinking they were weeds. I tried marking my flowers with wooden steaks but they easily come out of the ground and the permanent marker always fades. I even have room enough to add the approx. date the flower will come up.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I've always wanted an over-the-top profusion of flowers in my cutting garden but until I started using these plant markers, I confused young shoots with unwanted weeds. Your markers snuggle right down in the earth next the plants and will help me to identify my perennials next spring.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Mark my hostas
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Got this for my mother in law for her new beds. We couldn't find anything locally that was what she wanted; these were the perfect size and exactly what she wanted. Not too tall for small plants, but still tall enough to find when the plants grew.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers, combined with a Brothers labeler, have solved my lost, unreadable, etc. marker problems. I live north of Boston, so I have to have markers that withstand snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. I have used this system for about three years, and all my original markers and their labels are clear to read.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
the zinc garden markers are just the thing for gardeners who do not memorize the placement and names of their plants. i am not a latin, botanical, proper name gardener, but do like a reminder what i planted and where i planted it.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
these work great with label maker labels and will last for years unless trampled underfoot. (over time, especially if routinely trampled underfoot, label portion of marker will loosen or bend and come off).
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Terrific length. Great markers for unusual and rare plants.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Great for marking a herb garden.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers are great for use with label maker tape/labels. They hold up very well. The only issues I've had have been a result of my own clumsy foot traffic (stepping on and bending the markers). Over time, the ends of the label do tend to turn up and the label will sometimes fall off, but overall a great product. Highly recommend for use with label maker tape.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I had previously purchased these garden markers from the garden center of a home improvement store in our area. They were very expensive and the size was small.
I am very pleased with the taller size of these markers and the price is much more reasonable. The only thing I missed getting in the package was the indelible pencil marker.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
All my friends think it is so neat that I have all my flowers and plants marked with names.
I love them.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Not winter worthy
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
They are just great. I can now see where I planted things and by spring the names will be still be on them. I use a grease pen, and when I want to erase it I just use comet. I am sure this store mentioned another way.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
So helpful. Now I know what and where I have things planted
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Now I can identify my plants at a glance for visitors. Especially useful for when obtaining pest control or proper nutrients at the garden centers I know the name of my plant! Solves my "Senior Moments!"
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
We use these to show the name of each flower and shrub.
The galvanized labels are better than the copper ones we had. Here on the Oregon coast metals corrode quickly, but the galvanized ones last much longer. The only problem is the action of acid soil on the supports.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I use these to identify flowers. Folks stop and read them ... it is very cool!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Great garden markers. They are sturdy, and I like
the height. I ordered the permanent marker also. So far they are holding up well in the elements.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Easy to attach adhesive labels & looks professional. Also helps me remember plant names & varieties when others want to ask about them.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
The Standard Markers are a perfect find. I have been looking for ages for a great marker that lasts and you've saved the day!.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Sometimes, the next year after planting, I ask my husband, what is that and he can't remember, so my remedy for visitors, his and my benefit where the spikes with name plate, Now I just have to make sure I don't run out when he is planting new flowers or shrubs.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Best design I have found and appears to be durable. Design will not injure your hand.
Used china (pottery) marking pen but it did not hold up. Just switched to a paint type marking pen, hope it is more lasting.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
This product is heavy-duty enough to last thru our harsh Indiana winters.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I was using plastic marker that I wrote on with a marker. I then purchased a labler. These markers give a great look to my garden. One can write directly on these markets, but I use the labels that I print and stick them to these metal markers. The overall look is very clean and neat.
Good value for the $$$.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
The markers are great but the pen writes too thick for the metal. Will have to buy another one with a finer tip.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
My garden runs the entire breath of my lot and covers 1/3 of the back yard. I use the markers so I know where prennials should be coming back in the Spring after they have went dormant for the winter

Both my daughter-in-law and I are "hosta-crazed." She has well over a hundred varieties and knows many of them - although not all - by sight and visitors to her garden know few; I sent her two sets of your markers in advance of her upcoming garden club meeting as she wouldn't be able to be in front of every plant at every moment to answer questions from her guests. She found they were a great improvement over the markers she has bought in years' past locally at garden centers, discount stores, etc. (as did I the first time I ordered from you.)

I know where plants are before they come up. Also, I always don't remember names of certain plants.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I use these markers to remind me where I planted my perennials. I use the Brother labeler to make the labels, because I haven't found a pen that outlasts our Ohio winters.

Simple way to keep cultivar information on any plant.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I love my markers - this way I know excatly what I have planted, until every thing comes up.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Purchased for marking everything from trees to shrubs to flowers to vegetables. Best to use tape to write on for annuals unless replanting the same next year as these markers are quality to last multiple years.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Love these markers. They look great and are very useful.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers are terrific with perennials
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Unlike other products that we have used in the past, these markers, with the pen, have now lasted more than a year in the garden with the writing on the label still perfectly clear. This is our second order and we now have them in both our flower gardens with the larger ones in our vegetable garden. I can't say enough good things about the product when used with the Gardeners Supply pen.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
This IS reusable, just use a "permanent" marker (sold almost anywhere). Use any nail polish remover and a cottonball to wipe off the previous label and write a new one. Additionally, living in New England I've found these to stand up to the test of time through the worst winters (even with Great Danes). That said, I've found that every few years I need to go back over the writing to freshen-up the label (the writing tends to fade with time).

I can't always remember what I planted where. These markers will help. They are big enough to read but small enough blend in. They are much stronger than the markers you get with the plants from the nursery.

A great way to remind all which rose is Mr. Lincoln and which one is Dolly Parton. I have a lot of roses, and this helps me keep them straight and answer questions from our friends and neighbors.

Effective markers for plants. Permanent marker shows up well and lasts.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have a daylily collection, over 70 varieties. I bought cheap copper dollar store tags that came with a felt marker. In one season they rusted, some sides broke off and you can't read most of them. This season I am so excited. They are the perfect height to not dig around low in the mulch and each lily is labeled proudly and visible. My only regret is I didn't order more!

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Instead of directly writing on the labels, I use a label maker and clear tape to write out the common and latin names. I stole this idea from the Dallas Arboretum and found it easy to peel the label off and replace with a new one if necessary.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Good shape and size. Nicely inconspicuous. Durable. Maybe you could find some way to make the markings more durable.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Use in my herb garden. Do not winter well if not taken in during winter season but they are hard to find in my local area so I buy them every other year
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:

I found that the markers are the right height for showing the names of roses. I placed an additional order this year as the ones I put in place 2 (or 3) years ago have held up well. I have used a label marker, rather than a marking pen or pencil, and those label too have held up.

I am a lily grower, genus lilium, and it is vital that each plant retain its proper name for sjows. This plant stakes have withstood several winters and stompings by deer. I use a DYMO plastic label maaker to adhre the names and it does not wash off as does the pencils or markers. An important tool for every gardener who wants an organized collection.

My new markers are just what I was looking for. I am a new resident of Texas, master gardener and was having a problem remembering all of my new plants on my three acres. My new markers allow me show-off my gardens in an informed way.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I love these markers because I occasionally get unusual plants and it is hard to remember their names. I can also tag places where plants may die back in winter to remember where they are.

Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I collect unusual plants and some that aren't suppose to be 'hardy' in my area and varieties of Hostes. Besides the name, information is included on the back of the tags about the specific plant and its needs.

These plant tags are quite sturdy and reusable (with a little paint remover). I use these tags in my vegetable garden.

These markers are just what I was looking for.
Easy to write on and read after being put in place. I have used 50 of them and will have to
order more next spring to mark any new plants.

Labeling my hybrid iris is a must, and these withstand all weather all year, but to keep the mower away from non flowering plants, this is great! Now my hubby can see where the edging plants are!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
this product will help me get organized with growing Iris.

I have purchased a lot of these over the years. I use them to identify plants as I acquire them for my gardens. I will use a permanent garden marker and/or spray paint them black with chalkboard paint and write with a white paint marker, just for fun.
The only precaution is to be careful when raking leaves in the beds. It is possible to rake the markers out of the bed.

Now I can tell what and where my bulbs are in the garden. I don't have to worry about ordering the same thine twice.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
The markers are great will eliminate flowers from being plucked from the garden as weeds by my Husband when he is "helping" me!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
We have gotten so many comments on these markers. I love the fact that I'm not going to think it's a weed and pull it up next year. I would definitely recommend these.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Love the markers, but I have had trouble finding a marking pen that withstands the weather. Instead of remarking every year I have used a Dremel tool to etch the plant names onto the marker and this seems to last many seasons.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have three large perennial beds in my yard with many varieties of flowers and flowering bushes. Marking each of the plants not only looks great, but it helps me remember what exactly the plant is. Sure does help in the spring when things start coming up so I know what is where! I have had people tell me that with the markers, my gardens look like something they'd see at a botanical garden!

I WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP TRACK OF MY DAY LILYS
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Last from year to year!!
I bought extra for my sister as she couldn't find any.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These markers are working out great for me. I wanted something easy to use to label my new plants as I put them in the ground. So I know what they are and when they were planted. I think it will be fun down the road to see how my gardens have progressed as the years in my new house pass by.

I soak in nail polish remover when I want to erase. What do others use?

Used my P-Touch to label each plant marker with it's Latin & Common names. All that visit my garden always comment that my beds look very organized & professional ... some even say it looks like a botanical garden!

Perfect to identify plants in the garden.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Each year I try to add more perennials to my garden and this year I also started many from seed. These markers are subtle, informative, stylish and I hope will keep me from yanking out sprouts I don't recognize next Spring! Easy to use and mark - I never thought I'd buy garden markers but am very happy that I did. My mother would be proud!
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I also give them as gifts along with the plant.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Will last long time. Had to use labeler to make ID that would not bleach out in sun. Last much better than plastic markers
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I love these, but they aren't really re-useable. People who see my gardens love them.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I bought quite a few of these markers, as it was difficult to know what I had planted from the year before. I used a Sharpie to write the name of the plant, but the writing has discolored in the elements after just three months. Remember to place away from any location where it might be nicked or destroyed by mowing.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
these little markers are particularly good as they are tilted back so that when the name is written on them and put in the ground you can see what you wrote without having to bend over. Will have to wait until season is over before I see how durable they are.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
They fade after while but they are very study.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Hard to write on the small surface. But the information you put in stays. Rain doesn't wash out your words. Both sides can be used.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I bought these for my mom to use in her flower beds, as she is an avid gardener. She really loves them and uses them faithfully.

Simple, useful product

I tend to plant like crazy and then forget what i planted or I forget where I put seeds. These are great. Use crayon on them and you can change the label year after year.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
We used the markers for our newly planted vegetable garden. They worked well keeping all plants easily recognizable and held up in the rain storms. We also use them to mark our dog's "landmines" when we're not able to immediately scoop them.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I used heavy, permanent markers, but they seem to keep fading out. Some are almost illegible. The metal markers themselves look very nice in the garden and are very handy, since I planted many new varieties this year.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I have seedlings of daylilies and plumerias I use the markers as a numbering system as they grow to help with my records.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Even with recommended pen, writing fades in the strong Southern sun. But I do like the design and ease of use so continue to buy this product.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
i used the tags and they were simple and effective
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
These garden markers are extremely easy to write on and to press into the garden. I was able to make them more decorative by writing my plant names in flowing script. The writing pen that was recommended in the catolog writes exceptionally well on these markers.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Now that it is time to divide iris, the task is much easier with the durable label telling me the name of each plant.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I've ordered these markers many times for friends for gifts. I love them and they love them, too! Makes our gardens look so professional.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
I love these markers. They are the best I have found, they are easy to clean with ordinary nail-polish remover, easy to reuse, easy to see yet subtle, and have enough room for plant names. I also use them to mark my soaker hoses so I do not dig them up or damage them when planting new plants in my flower beds.
Comments about Standard Markers, Set of 25:
Simple to use and easy to see in the landscape.
