I USED THIS PEN TO LABEL THE FLOWERS IN A MEMORIAL WILDFLOWER GARDEN AT THE LOCAL LIBRARY. ALL PENS USED BEFORE FADED AND WERE UNREADABLE AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THIS PEN, SO FAR, HAS LASTED VERY WELL AND REMAINED READIBLE ALL SEASON.

This marker is great and very durable. I collect stones from vacation spots and this is the only marker you can use that will stay on the stone and not fade. Great to use with your plant markers.

Not only did I write on my plant stakes with this pen, I also repaired my Rain Gauge which had last it's marking due to old age! A VERY useful tool. I have not had it long enough to know if the paint will dry in the tip, but I have used it twice now and it was just as fresh the second time as it was the first.

This works exactly as described and I have had no problems with it drying out or being difficult to use. It stays well on the plant markers even when I get water on them, which is nice. The only improvement I would like to see is a finer tip so that I can write more in a small space.

I had to return Knee Pads and I included the invoice which include the Marker on it. Therefore I could not return this NEVER WORKED marker. I hestitate to purchase from your company because you fail to take the time to check upon the quality of the product you offer. You could spot check.

I ordered two of these markers, thinking that they would be more permanent than pencils or "permanent markers". When I got the paint going, they work quite well, but then, the paint stopped flowing freely and I could not get more to come down the felt tip. I got only a few markers done before the writing got faint. What a disappointment! What worked seemed to work well.

The marker works good. You need to press down on the tip for an extended period of time to get the ink to flow. You get about 2 markers done before you need push down on the tip again.

I purchased this marker to use with the plant tags. I wanted to put the botanical as well as the common name for the plant on the front and then some care instructions on the back. The tip is too thick so I can't write small enough for there to be room for all that.

I love these markers. They do not fade or wear off in the weather. I was leary about purchasing any due to some of the other comments about the thick tip and a thinner tip would be nice. However, I use the large marker stakes and have plenty of room to neatly write the common and scientific names of my plants.

I find that I have to press the tip many times to get it to work, and then can only write one letter and have to press the tip continuously. I am wondering if I received an old marker that is drying out.

Previous to buying this marking pen, I used commonly available "permanent" markers to write on my plant labels. How discouraging it was to return after a season to find the plant names faded and or completely washed away by the elements. It appears that your permanent paint pen will end this frustration.

I have a day lily garden of over 70 varieties, plus a dozen different irises mixed in. Markers I wrote in the past have faded over just one winter and I had to keep a written map to keep track of varieties. When this one says "permanent", they mean business. It may take a little practice when writing on metal, but it works fantastic!
