It works, but that's about it. It costs way too much for what it is, and the plastic connectors allow water to get into the inside of the metal which is already showing signs of rust. Not a good sign for the price I paid. I doubt I will be using Gardeners Supply in the future. I can get better quality products at [...].. and that is saying a lot!

Pros: is a beautiful design and fits easily and perfectly into the 2 back corners of the Terrazzo planter.
Cons: very, very rusty - even the bag was full of rust falling out when I opened it. Will need to be treated. Also, it is in 2 pieces, which do not line up perfectly & is not sturdy.
Given the poor quality - this is really quite overpriced!

This bold design has a special place in my garden
against our new privacy fence. The honeysuckle
I bought to grow up it has taken off and wound
its way around it and it looks great! While the
trellis is very sturdy, it seems it should have
come with something to attach it to a wall, but we will improvise. I have a few extra parts, but I assume they go with the planter I did not get. One of the finials was bent when it arrived
but I was able to bend it back almost into line with the others, I was afraid it would break off.

The two piece design is not shown in the picture. The trellis top and bottom with joiners fit together nicely and there are slots for the legs into the container but once assembled it sways in the wind, leans forward or backward and not straight up. It could tip over the whole planter in strong storm. Two piece design makes for easy [...]. Recommend as it comes with the planter and that is very hard to find but know that it could tip or sway. Looks nice once it is planted but I will watch out for storms

I bought this product because of its attractive design and self-watering capability. However, the water-level measuring device does not work well. Although it was replaced by Gardeners' Supply there is a design defect which causes the plastic ball (float) to stick sometimes at the base of the tube. Only fix to remove and shake loose. Additionally, beacuse of the inadequate paint job on the trellis it will neeed to be repainted at the end of the season to prevent rusting. I think that this is an appropriate review based upon the high price of these items.

I wasn't sure the trellis would fit my new 39" x 39" planter. [...].It does fit the planter. The plastic connectors are so tight, I had to shave a little off the corners with a sharp knife to allow them to slide into the metal openings. I suppose someone stronger might have been able to assemble the trellis without shaving off the corners. The trellis is very sturdy. It's been through high wind, rain, snow, freezing, thawing with no ill effects at all.

These trellis are extremely sturdy and very attractive. I expected something less substantial and was pleasantly surprised.

These containers with the trellis look beautiful in front of my ugly AC units. I have never received so many compliments about anything I have done around my house. The assembly was a little challenging, but well-worth it. I had a problem with the watering tube not working. However, I reported the problem and Gardener's Supply immediately responded and sent me replacement tubes. My mother already has asked me to buy her one for Mother's Day next year.

Worked well but it would be nice to have a set that could extend across a trough planter with an extension

I'm using the trellis along a side wall (with a flowering vine) to provide additional privacy. It's perfect for the hot Arizona climate and durable to withstand our Monsoon season. Looks lovely.

This product was hard to snap together and had inadequate directions. I got frustrated a lot but it looks good now that it is put together.

Great Addition to our new plantar.

These trellis' fit the terrazo trough. They are very sturdy, and went together fairly easily...I did need a second person to hold while I gently used a rubber mallet. The instructions could be better...I'm not the best at interperting since the picture provided wasn't exactly the same. But they are gorgeous!

I used it in the Terrazza planter box after first trying a store bought wooden trellis. The wooden one was hard to secure to the box and kept tipping. This one is very stable because it fits into the corner posts, not into the soil.

Looks great, well made, easy to assemble, and is truly functional.

I bought two of these for my trough planters, they cover a garage wall. I have 3 trough planters running along the side of the garage. The middle trough has flowering tree in it, the outside two have these trellises and shrubs. They act as a divider and just enhance my backyard. I planted some vines to grow up the trellis, but truthfully if they don't grow I wont mind because the trellis itself is beautiful.
Comments about Terrazza Planter Trellis, 39":
The trellis looks great but is very wobbly. One of the rubber connectors broke within the first 24 hours. I'm not sure how well it will stand up when I have vines growing up it. We'll see...

I love the design and it was super easy to put together. It wasn't tall enough, so my husband added a few inches to the bottom and it looks great with my Carolina Jasmine growing on it.

Fits perfectly with the Terrazza Trough, as it was designed to. My plants aren't big enough yet to need to the support, but it looks great now, so things can only get better!

Using for privacy on my deck. Excited to see how the climbing plants grow.

Well Made

Obviously someone else had returned it since all of the packaging was opened - bags, zip ties and the trellis was gouged.
Comments about Terrazza Planter Trellis, 39":
Readily rusts in my humid climate, but just needs a coat of "stop rust" spray paint. Attractive, sturdy, works beautifully with Terrazza Planters.

I am waiting for the brown planters to become available. Last time they were, the trellises were not. I have the smaller, square, planters and trellises and am very happy with them.
Comments about Terrazza Planter Trellis, 39":
This trellis looks fantastic in the container, the powder coating is not good enough to stop rust. Noticed rust after 1st rain, and will have to have them re powder coated this winter.

This was worth the wait! After I purchased the box planter, the trellis was sold out/not available, so I agreed to keep it on backorder, in the hopes of getting one late August. A two month wait!
I tried using a regular trellis, just to discover that the depth of the terrazza bed was too shallow. So, my trellis bowed under the weight of the beans climbing on it.
Once my new trellis arrived, we assembled it and I was amazed at how strong and sturdy it was. There is no substitution for this product.
Even though it was expensive, nothing else even comes close to working well for the terrazza planter if your planting climbing plants.
The only negative might be rust. After watering this past month I have noticed a "small" amount of rust stain where the trellis meets the planter. We will see how it holds up.
But this product is a "must have" regardless!

I bought two of these for my formal, raised bed, veggie/herb garden. I've grown peas and now green beans on these trellises. Neither veggie really wanted to climb these trellises on their own. For the next planting, I plan to add a mesh to the trellises so that the vines will grow with less interaction from me.
I've noticed a small amount of rust on one of the trellises, but nothing that a little touch-up next Spring won't fix.
Comments about Terrazza Planter Trellis, 39":
This trellis makes a beautiful addition to the Terrazza planters. Mine is currently supporting two extremely robust hyacinth bean vines (growing behind a canna and two dahlias), and is screening off some utilities that I've been wanting to hide for years. I'm very pleased with this. Am hoping it turns out to be as durable as it looks -- just got it this spring.

I'm tieing up tomatoes in the trough on a sunny deck outside my kitchen. It's very sturdy and is working out great.

I was so disappointed that the trellis was in two sections that you have to snap together. It does not stand straight once you stabalize it in the ground the top piece leans either back or forward--looks crooked from the side.
Comments about Terrazza Planter Trellis, 39":
The trellises look great and my only concern is that our occasional strong winds could cause them to topple the containers or tear apart the containers once my vines grow and fill out.
