This seedstarting kit grows twelve large seedlings at a time — enough to start a plentiful kitchen garden. The large 4" x 4" APS growing cells hold plants until they are mature enough to go into the garden, so you avoid the effort (and the stress on the plant) of transplanting into a larger pot. Everything you need to start seeds indoors - just add light! It doesn't get easier than this. I can rave about this system for pages, but let me tell you that the best things about this are the wicking mat and starting mix. The starting mix is light and fluffy - perfect for seedlings. And the wicking mat with water reservoir takes the guess work (and mistakes) out of watering new plants. They take only what they need and grow long healthy roots.

Perfect for starting vegetables or flowering plants from seeds. The large cells let the plants achieve vigorous growth and an ample size for better and easier transplanting. The sturdy water tray and capillary mat keeps each seedling adequately moist, greatly simplifying the watering process and caring for young plants, and the seed starter mix is first rate, too.
