    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

We can't keep my 80 year Mother out of her gardens - nor do we want to! For the hard-to-buy-for lady I found a gold mine in Gardner's Supply Company. Everything I have bought her over the years she can actually use! Last year I bought one roll-out walkway and she liked it so much I added two more for her birthday this year. They keep her muddy and slick garden pathways safer for her use. She loves them.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

I would recommend layering newspaper under the path if used in your garden. This will prevent weeds from growing between the slats and stop it from sinking into the dirt. I was hoping the material it is made out of would be a little more flexible. The way the sections join together helps a little.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

Not especially attractive but serves the purpose of keeping my feet dry going to and from the compost pile. My husband likes the look of it, utilitarian. We haven't had to mow yet but it appears we'll be able to mow right over it.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

It was very easy to assemble. It provides a good walkway through the garden and isn't slippery in the rain. Can't critique ease of storing for the winter or how long it will last as I just got it.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

I'm using the walkway between the back door and the back gate. Our lawn slopes down some and I was worried the walkway would be slippery in the rain, but not so! It's elevated enough that the rain doesn't cause the grid to become muddy. I'm very pleased.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

I used this over a muddy spot on the way to my compost pile. The trip to the compost pile happens many times a day and so far the walkway has held up like a champ.

My riding mower clears it, too.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

I was a little surprized when I received this walkway - the description said "roll out", so I expected a mat kind of thing. This is actually better. It folds, accordian style, for storing and can be made to any length needed as it comes in seperate pieces. Use as much or as little as you need, or make multiple walkways.

The sad thing is, I never got the chance to use it this year and find out how sturdy it may be, or if it sinks into the mud on rainy days. Before I received it, my father in law (being bored) put a whole mess of my seedings into the ground willy-nilly and covered the areas I intended for getting in between my plants.

Oh well, next year - I'm ready for him. And the plants are all doing fine anyway.

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

Last year I splipped and fell on the clay soil in our garden while adjusting the water. I not only reinjured my recovering knee but was set back for the summer in a wheel chair and could not visit my garden again until this spring.

The pathways are terrific!. Not only do they make our pathways look neat and tidy, but I can use them with out fear of slipping or sinking into the mud! Likes so much bought a second set to expand the garden!

    Comments about Roll-Out Walkway:

I wanted wood, but it wasn't availiable. When I got it I thought it would be a softer rubber and nice to walk on, but its hard. It will last forever, but its not the greatest to look at.It would be great between rows in the veggie garden though.
