Harmful soil fungi like pythium and fusarium cause root diseases that can devastate the most promising plants. Our all-organic Root Shield forms a defensive barrier right from the start. This university-tested beneficial fungus forms a symbiotic bond with plant roots, protecting them from soil pathogens all season long. Add it to potting soil or mix with water to use as a drench.

I used Root Shield on tomatoes planted in very large sterilized pots. Sterilized organic potting soil was used in the pots. Tomato plants show none of the fungus problems I've seen in the previous few years. Plants are vigorous and yield is developing very well.
Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
May help the plants bring back to healthy life. I used it onto the garden vegetable plants for some. It is messy to mix with. It might not be able to help the plants give it a immediate boost of treatment.
Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
I'm growing vegatables for home use. By this time of the year there is frequently fungus in my garden because we have very wet summers. This summer has been especially conducive to fungal growth-raining almost every day with hot and humid weather between showers. But so far I haven't seen any evidence of fungal growth. I'm hoping it will continue to work until the harvest is over. If it works, I'll try to get it next year too--the price is cheap enough to be affordable.

Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
Seemed to work well last year. Too early to tell for this year. The tomatoes are just now setting blossoms and have the summer ahead of them.
Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
Due to limited space, I must plant my tomatoes in the same place each year. I used Root Shield for the first time last year and was spared the devasting fungal diseases that all my neighbors experienced. I immersed each seedling in the solution before planting and then used it as a foliar solution for the rest of the season (mostly after rains).
Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
I used this product last year on my tomatoes. The plants lasted much longer before they developed fungus and died. So far this is the only product I have found that added life to my tomatoes.
Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
Root shield allows me to grow healthier tomato plants year after year in a garden with limited space.
It has made all the difference in keeping my tomato plants disease free longer through the growing season. I use it on my seedlings and again when I set plants in the garden.

My garden has been suffering from wilt for a few years. I read about this product in a gardening magazine and bought it right away. It's saved the few tomato plants I had just planted and seems to still be working.

Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
So far, so good! I have had a problem with tomatoes for the past several years. Even though I do not plant them in the same area except every 4 or 5 years, when they get about 5 feet tall and loaded with green tomatoes, the wilt starts at the top and almost overnight they are dead. So far, with the root shield, they are doing wonderfully....no wilt, no problems. Hope it continues!
Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
Three years ago I moved into a home with fusarium wilt in the soil. I thought I would never be able to grow tomatoes again. I was lucky to get 5 tomatoes from a dozen plants by August. This year I planted 13 tomato plants and used Root Shield. I have more than 50 tomatoes, and have never seen my tomato plants look like this. Normally at this time in the season they are stunted, very yellow and they don't set fruit. I'm so glad I found Rootshield!

Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
I use trichoderma for its potentially beneficial effects upon Cephalotus, a plant with very sensitive roots prone to fungal disease. I havn't used it long enough to be fully convinced, but so far, so good! I read that many other growers of this species favor using trichoderma rather than not as it has had no ill effects on most plants and it has a lot of potential for benefit.

Comments about Root Shield, 4 Oz.:
For a number of years now, I've been treating the Fungus in my garden as an air born one. I was wrong. It was in the soil and not in the air.
I purchased your Root Shield treated the soil in mid May and my tomato plants, zuccini and bean plants are healthy and show no signs of disease.
