We have a huge, pie-piece-shaped front yard and have put planter boxes along perimeters. We have both flowers and vegetables in our boxes. We have some sqares and a double-stacked hexagon. We put a smaller hexagon on the top of a larger one. We have lilies planted in a circle in the top one; and we have various fruits and veggies in the bottom, including strawberries, onions, and daffodils. It is in our front yard, and it looks great! (Dad cut the wood sides, and my two boys put it together. They are ages 12 and 9.)

I set up the corners a couple of weeks ago, and have seedlings coming up. The system works well. [...] Also, the corners to have caps...they would add a nice touch.

I love these corners. It was very easy to assemble and it looks great in my yard. I did buy cedar, and that adds to the cost, but it was worth it to buy good wood to begin with so I won't have to look to replace the wood in a few years.

This is a new bed, closer to my house. The shape of the finished bed makes it look special and I plan to plant perennials and annuals next spring. This fall I am just transplanting my Irises. I helped my son to set it up and that went smoothly.

The hexagonal raised bed was easier to assemble than the square beds and it is very sturdy. The kids have been climbing in and out of it for a couple of months and it has not budged. The only negative is that the metal braces have an open design and there are sharp burrs on the metal that could scratch. They should address this with caps or something.
