Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
It's longevity will be well worth the price. It also makes my vegetable garden look tidy in my small backyard.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
These beds are gorgeous and make square foot gardening really simple. I use them for growing vegetables, but they would make great herb gardens too. The 6' x 3' size is perfect for my small southern California back yard. It took me an hour to assemble one bed, which I was able to do by myself. They function perfectly and should hold up a lot longer than wooden board raised beds.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Very easy to put together and just the right size for a small vegetable garden
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
I keep buying more of these and expanding my garden every year. They make it so easy to keep the weeds down and to add soil ammendments.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Easy to put together. Size was right for our yard, and perfect for our time of care to put into it. Looking forward to our tomatos and squash!!
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
The bed looks attractive in the yard and was easy for 2 people to assemble. The composite material is very heavy and though I have only had the bed for a few weeks it appears as if it will last for many years to come. Be careful not to damage the brackets that hold the boards together. They look as if they can be easily bent.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
While there are definitely some good attributes to the forever bed, there are also some easily avoided shortcomings. It looks fine, better than a pine box. And it seems like it will hold up well. Those are the good. The not so good. [...] it smelled so bad out of the box that I was apprehensive to plant anything that I was going to eat inside of it.As for whether or not I could recommend this to a friend...it would probably depend on how much I like that friend.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
We are growing vegetables. Got started late but the vegetables are doing well. Bed is easy to install. Well made construction. Will get one more for next year.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
In the description of the forever raised bed it does not discuss the setup. I needed to have a carpenter set up because all the holes were not predrilled and one of the brackets was bent.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Although I love these raised beds, they are kind of small. A 4ft x 4 ft option would have been better to increase growing space, and it would still allow you to reach the center of the bed from all sides. I did observe the following issues with them:
• You need an extra set of hands (more than one person) to assemble.
• Delivered boxes were extremely heavy, could not move by yourself. I had 4 delivered and nearly killed myself getting them off the front porch to the location I needed them.
• Must assemble at desired location, otherwise moving them would
require an additional person to help move it.
• The price point was definitely too high! When you deconstruct the components and the cost to assemble the kits, I clearly paid too much!
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
This was very difficult to assemble as the holes were not pre drilled so you needed a powerful electric drill to begin. Once up it appears to be strong and weather resistant. Will see as the summer progresses.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
I researched making my own raised beds from similar materials and estimated that I would have saved about $35 (that is excluding the costs of labor and the time to acquire the materials). All in all, I am very happy with these beds. They were easy to assemble and they hold eight tomato plants with ladders nicely.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
This is my first project doing a vegetable garden in the ground. Previous year I used some planters and hanging planters for tomatoes and peppers having a great success. The wood use for bedding it's very sturdy. Ours came a little crooked but it didn't affect the outcome. I was a little disappointed at the actual size inside the bed. As I was trying to divide in equals part the square footage for my planting the last row end up to be 10"x 11" each square. In this area we had being bless with a wet season so the plants are growing wildly. It looks beautiful and I am planning to add another one for next year. Be prepare to have some help to carry it to your backyard it weights a ton!!!

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
The Forever Raised Bed is a fine product. It's expensive, but I'm planning on these being the last I ever buy. They were a little hard to put together until my husband clamped them before putting in the screws. They are very attractive!

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Once we realized we had to drill pilot holes the assembly went fine. Some of the brackets were bent and we had to use some force to get them straight. The result, though, is a very sturdy bed that holds a lot of soil, a ton of plants and looks really nice.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
It was a bit awkward to assemble but not impossible for one person. The 6' pieces are reinforced so there is no bowing (I was concerned after reading some earlier reviews) and the beds look clean and neat. So far, everything is growing fine!!

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
I was so excited to find raised planters made of recycled materials built here in the U.S. These planters are made by Gardener's Supply. If made right, it would have been simple to assemble. Instead, the hardware was haphazardly put on the planks and the holes weren't drilled properly. These mistakes caused the hardware not to sit flat against the "wood", the planter's corners not meet properly and the product not to sit flat on the ground. My husband had to rework some of the hardware to make the box sit flat and have right angles. The corners still do not meet up perfectly. In addition, when the pieces were packaged at Gardener's Supply, the staples went through the box scratching up the "wood". I suggested we return it, but my husband said no as we had already waited nearly 6 weeks for the product - we were not informed it was going to be late until I called to question where it was. Also, after the trouble putting it together, no one wanted to dismantle it. One month later, pieces are falling off the "forever" product - it's slowly disintegrating. Yes, it's guaranteed for 10 years, but it is a hassle to take it apart and ship it back.[$] for the two - what a disappointment.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
I was disappointed that in each of the two boxes, one of the boards was bent(warped) right out of the box. Because the boards are so heavy, even with soil in the garden beds, one side of each garden bed is bent inward, instead of being straight. For the price, I was hoping for straight boards.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Good space saver and excellent for controlling the soil conditions in the planter.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Can't wait for my vegetables to be growing.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
Had to wait almost 4 weeks to receive this product. When it did arrive, 2 of the 4 corner brackets were bent and screws were ripped out of the planks. The metal used for the brackets is extremely flimsy. It's beyond me why the manufacturer would skimp on quality, and risk losing customers over a few cents worth of metal. It cannot be assembled w/o these brackets. I've been waiting for over a week for replacements.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
It gives you a sense of accomplishment to watch your vegetables grow and to share the bounty.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
I am in a wheelchair, and getting around my large garden plot has gotten increasingly difficult. I have arranged two Forever Raised Beds in an "L" shape at the corner of two sidewalks, so that I can access them without having to roll on the lawn or in the dirt.
The added height makes them easy to reach from my wheelchair. The sides of the beds do not bulge out, even when they are filled with soil.
I anticipate good yields from my vegetable plantings this year, and know that I can spend more time enjoying gardening, and less time struggling to get around.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
difficult to drill holes for screws in assembling. These should be pre-drilled to match up with pre-drilled holes in the metal brackets.
Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
We are back to growing our own tomatoes. My husband can't live without them. Jersey does it best!

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
The metal brackets/braces were way too flimsy and bend very easily. The screws sent to attach the brackets to the side pieces weren't sturdy enough either

The sides could use a cap to cover the gaps. I plan to purchase another one.

Comments about Forever Raised Beds:
I already have two 4x4 foot wood raised beds so decided to try this. Somewhat easy to assemble, but easier if you drill starter holes for the screws. Very portable, can be placed anywhere. Very heavy if you are installing it by yourself.
