    Promises of this product are true, but delivery mechanism needs to be redesigned. Tube inside easily separates from pump top which clogs. I transferred liquid to another spray bottle.

    Here in the islands we have different bugs that help with pollination than mainlanders. I like blossom set because it helps hold the blossom long enough that if it is not pollinated naturally I can get out there and hand pollinate.

    This year, I decided to try growing tomatoes indoors (in my kitchen) - under lights - but was concerned about pollination. Tomatoes (vine ripened) are my favorite snack - and I couldn't get them in winter. With a bit of gentle shaking every couple of days, and Blosson Set, I have many green tomatoes on my 2 plants, and am (im)patiently waiting for the first ripe one. I'm sure I wouldn't have any where as many without Blossom Set. Thanks Gardner's Supply.

    I first used bloom set probably 25 years ago. I went to three major retailers looking for the product and was surprised to find that two of the three didn't carry the product and the third had no idea what bloom set was. Bloom set does encourage fruiting even in hot weather.

    I always used to use tomato blossom set and never had much luck without it, so with this recent foray back into gardening, I ordered this product. Of course, it's difficult to tell if the fruit that sets would have set on its own or not, but we have a lot of tomatoes on six plants. It is unclear whether the small amount of fruiting on our four eggplant plants is due to poor location in our garden or product failure. It does not seem to be helping with cantaloupe production. However, I'll buy it again, just to be sure.

    I had blossom end rot on my tomatoes, peppers, watermelons. I was at my wits end. All of my work and nothing to show for it - the vegetables and fruit were all rotten.

    Thank God I found this product. As the new blossoms emerged I sprayed them religiously - very early in the am. It is very hot here in Phoenix - so that meant getting up at 5 am.

    Well - so far - it's worked! My new fruit is coming in perfectly. No more large brown spots at the bottom of my tomatoes or peppers.

    It will burn some of the leaves - so be careful - there is no way I would have produced any fruit or veggies successfully without this product!

    I poured it into a larger spray bottle which helps tremendously during application.

    I used the Tomato and Blossom Set Spray for the first time today on my strawberries and tomatoes. It takes a lot of pumps to "spray the flowers and adjacent foliage...until the leaves are completely wet". My index finger was worn out from pumping the sprayer. It's way to early to tell if the product works or not, but I'm unsure if I will continue to use this product.

    I've used this for several seasons, and it works well for all flowering veggies - tomatos, cukes, squash, peppers. It's especially useful at the end of the season when the weather is wet or cool and there aren't many insects around to pollinate.

    The only con is that the sprayer often gets clogged, stops working and is impossible to fix. Storing the bottle upright helps minimize that. If the bottle does get clogged, I find nasal spray bottles work the best as a substitute. You can use regular spray bottles, but they tend to spray more than is needed and waste it.

    I used this stuff on my tomato plants during the summer of 2007. The pump sprayer design will wear out your fingers if you're trying to saturate a large plant. This year I poured the contents of one bottle into a pressurized sprayer and used it on my watermelon vines. I believe it works well, though I've yet to study this scientifically. I'll use it again next year. Thanks!

    The Blossom Set Spray worked well when hot weather started to inhibit blossom set on my tomato plants. I also used it on my peppers recently, but too soon to tell.

    One extra benefit was that the product seemed to inhibit blossom end rot without burning the tomato plant leaves. I experienced that problem when I used the Blossom End Rot product.

    One problem in the use of Blossom Set Spray is difficulty in spraying. The sprayer requires excessive force which is difficult with its design.

    Spay blossoms only one time double shots can cause blossom rot.
    Start at one side of plant to the other, make mental note what blossoms have been done. Do not spray on maturing fruit.
    I sometimes spray on a paintbrush & apply on single blossoms to reduce possible double germination risk.

    I used the tomato success kit & the topsy Turvy planter for tomatoes w/o success. All the disease resistant plants I planted in both died before giving tomaotes. I sprayed the blossems with the blossom set spray but they all just fell off. I don't know what the problem was but can't suggest any of the products.

    I started using the blossom set spray last year and I won't garden another year without it! I have more tomatoes, cucumbers and eggplant that ever before and they are maturing earlier! I have a small garden with a short growing season, so maximizing production is important to me. If you have blossoms that are not producing fruit or small yields give this stuff a try, it really works!

    When the tomato blossoms began to appear, I lightly sprayed each one with Blossom Set. I continued this practice two or three times each week until the tiny tomatoes were visable. I have never seen so many tomatoes! The plants were set out on Mother's Day weekend, and we ate our first vine-ripened fruit on June 29. Every day we pick more tomatoes, and none have end rot!
