We've made our popular Tomato Ladders even better. They still have 7mm steel uprights and our exclusive "plant cradle" crosspieces that give multiple places for vines to rest. But now they're modular and stackable, so you can arrange them any way you like. Each set includes six 32-1/2" tall sections. Use singly to support eggplants and peppers; stack two for bush tomatoes; stack three for tall, indeterminate tomatoes. These are the sturdiest ladders you can buy — 20% thicker than others on the market — with a long-lasting, weatherproof powder coating. (We have some that are 15 years old and still look as good as new.) Tomato Ladders will make the most of your garden space, reduce damage from pests and diseases, and give you a bigger harvest of delicious, unblemished fruit.

These things came [...] and 10 min. later were in the garden. The tomatoes are already growing and doing well but with these ladders.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
The new stackable feature permits using the ladders with different heights, which is particularly helpful if you grow different tomato varieties.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These fit very well in our packed raised vegetable garden. I will be ordering another set for when the tomatoes grow!
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I've just installed these ladders in my garden, and so far have been very pleased with them. They're very sturdy, and the red color is beautiful combined with my green plants. I have some varieties of tomatoes that grow very tall, and the fact that I can extend the height of the ladders really appealed to me.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I now have 9 of these tomato stacking ladders -- each with two ladders stacked. My tomato grow OVER the tops of two stacked, but 3 really isn't practical from a tipping-over standpoint. These are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
First time to use them, So far,so good. Tomatoes just starting to come on. Will let you know how they do. No complaints so far.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Wire cages are flimsy and scratchy, these are strong, smooth and very functional.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
My first season to use these, and so far so good. A bit pricey. I bought the red ones, and they look nice with the greenery climbing up.

these keep my tomatoes from falling all over each other as well as making harvesting them easier
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
So far I really like this product. It is very easy to install but just like another comment, I wish they were more red than orange. I am always on the look out for the next best tomato support system and this looks like it could work. The growing season has not been all the kind so far and I am looking forward to the real test when the plants get bigger and heavier. I do like the strength and construction much better than traditional tomato cages.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I have used the ladders for support for many top heavy plants; they are excellant!
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I have had my 8 ladders for 7 growing seasons. They are the most practical method I have ever found for supporting vegetables of any kind, particularly tomatos. Even strong, sustained winds don't faze them. I use in conjunction with tomato automators and have good results every year. Easy to reach vegetables without struggling to the center of a "cage." Use velcro to secure longer branches later in season - works great. Ladders are excellent value.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
There is a tradeoff in design. These work great with my peppers and eggplant, a little tipsy with large tomato plants
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Durable, stack-able vegetable trellises turned into very needed fruit tree harvest supports. Pears and peaches were already looking like a bumper crop. When thunderstorm/tornado warnings frequented our area late spring I stacked vegetable trellis sections 7 high and it saved the tree(s) and my crop.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I have a small area with tomatoes & bell peppers. With the ladders I was able to add more tomato plants and a cucumber plant. The red ladders are easy to locate and look good with the shrubs.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Works well with vegetable plants
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I can finally garden again because of the products you sell. I planted tomatos and used the ladders in my containers. They are sturdy so the wind doesn't bother them. I got the red ones and the color cheers me up when I see them. My friends asked where I got them as soon as they saw them.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
After trying many other ways to support tomato plants, I finally tried these and am very satisfied!

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I buy the largest "water from the bottom" pots at [...] and put these in there to support tomatoes and eggplant. They work great. Better than other methods at supporting plants and preventing wind damage--common here. They also look great.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I like the color and stacking feature, but was thrilled when I discovered that I can stake my tomatoes and peppers and still have a wall of water around it. This is impossible with a traditional cage. If they were a little less expensive all my old cages would be gone.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
The hardest part of setting these stakes up is unwrapping the cardboard that is around each stake in the box! I got these after my tomatoes had been in the ground for several weeks and didn't have any trouble supporting my plants. It will be easier next spring to have these in place when I start the garden.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I have been using these for years. Every year I buy more. They are great for many different veg's. Many people ask where I got them because they love the design.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
nice product ordering more today
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I used the stacking ladders for my indeterminate tomatoes. Work very well but if the ladders are even bent slightly, it is a challenge to stack together. The plugs for the ends work well but do take some maneuvering to put in. All in all, I would purchase again for more climbers.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Got these to use for tomatoes in my dome greenhouse and outside veg garden. These are by far the studiest and prettiest supports I have seen. Not cheap cost wise, but you get what you pay for. I have bought and thrown away many other types. I bulked at buying these but am glad I made the purchase. They are good looking and although we have not been a full season they are doing their job which is supporting my heavy tomatoes.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
We love these tomato ladders! They look so much better than traditional tomato cages and they work extremely well. It's great that you can buy enought to get your plants started and then buy additional cages to add on as the plants grow. We would highly reccomend these for any tomato growers out there!

I ordered one set and wish I had done two.! I am getting more as they are sturdy and are great for my vegetable garden. The color is attractive and not an eye sore!

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These are great! The red ones are particularly good with tomatoes, helping them grow better and stronger (since they aren't on the ground for more bugs to crawl on/eat).
I've had the green non-stackable ones for almost 10 years and just started planting enough variety of crops to need more. They work for cucumbers, tomatoes, peas ... just about any vining crop.
Highly recommend you get some!

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I got green tomato laddars because I did not want them to be so obvious. While they are great for tomatoes (along withsome string I also used it beside my light pole to hold the clematis. The laddars from my order last year have really held up. They are very sturdy and still look good. This is a winner. Would get more if they were a little less expensive.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I use them for my tomato's, tomatillo's and even my pepper's. They are sturdy and very easy to use and when the season is over they fit nicely together and do not take up much space. My only con would be that the tall stands were not available when I needed to order them this season.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I love the stacking feature which allows height flexibility

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I ordered these because a friend of mine had them in her garden. I liked them so much I asked for an early Birthday gift to get another pair so I could stack them. I'm really thinking about getting a third pair. So much better than those cheap, flemsy wire cages.

Product life remains open question, but I am optimistic. Also not sure of stability when stacked three high. Relatively expensive, but that may not be an issue if long product life.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These tomato stacking ladders are the best! They are VERY durable and easy to stack or use separately. I am using them for my zucchini, cucumber, pepper, eggplant, and tomato plants! They are a thick tubular steel, and won't bend at all like some the competetor's products out there. The red color is a nice contrast in the garden as well. I am using mine in containers and they are wonderful! I am definitely going to be buying more as my garden grows!!!

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I used this product in my terrazza to support bell peppers. I plan on trying them out with tomatoes, where the stacking will come in handy.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I love 'em! Very sturdy.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I am using them in a multitude of ways-holding up wire for peas, around new tomato and pepper plants, propping up flowers. I bought some of the taller, heavier tomato towers and would love to be able to purchase those again.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Prevent tomatoes wandering over ground...you can stack these as high as you need them. I occasionally use them for floppy roses.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I'm pleased with my purchase. I bought them in red and they look stunning in the garden! They seem very sturdy although I've only had them for a few weeks at this point. I hope the red finish holds up over time.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Using my ladders for a large container of several tomato plants for the first time so do not know how they will perform. However, I love the look and have high hopes they will be sturdy enough to use for several years. So far, the look is great and all is well.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I've had the older version of these for more than 7 years and love them. They work well for most climbing items as well as tomatoes although the older ones weren't quite tall enough so I had to cut my plants back mid-summer ... not a problem with the new version - just add another ladder & off you go. A definite MUST HAVE for people who don't like their produce rotting on the ground.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Had several to test them out before I bought more. I bought more. These ladders are strong and don't tip over with the weight of a fruiting tomato plant. They remove and store well over the winter. They don't bend or break. I love them.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
finally something that is well made
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Love the versatility and the color. Great for climbing vines as well, like clematis or Morning Glory.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
This product is great for supporting plants and very attractive. I bought them in red. Our weather can be very windy and these help a lot. As an aside, I also bought the cucumber trellis and it is fantastic. I'm very pleased with both products.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I purchased these for my mother in law and racked up a lot of points. The ladders are perfect for her small garden. I do recommend driving a stake into solid ground and attach it to the ladders to insure that they won't tump over.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Wish the legs that go into the ground were longer for better support.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
My tomato plants are tucked away in my front yard behind some rose bushes. These ladders provide a slim, effective and attractive support system that you can make as tall as you need.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Haven't installed these in garden yet, but much nicer and sturdier than those used in past
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These supports are attractive and compact for a square foot garden. They allow you to keep tomatoes under control in a tight space and we have had many compliments on our front yard garden.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I was extremely impressed when I received the tomato ladders. The durability and workmanship is first rate. These are exactly what I have been looking for.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Instead of 'square foot' gardening, I am probably trying for 'square inch' gardening! Not only for lack of room but also for saving my back, I have been doing more and more vertical gardening and these supports are simply perfect.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Can't add much more until I use them for a few years. Check back then.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I orderd 6 of these. A big expense expecting great quality. They have been in my garden for 3 weeks and almost all of them are rusted in several places. A big waste of money
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These stacking tomato ladders are great for agressive growing tomato varieties. As the Vines grlow larger I just stack more section on top. They are the same robust design as the non-stacking tomato ladders - but more versatility.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
You ARE a little early! It is hiding in the garage!!
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
They have held up very well in high winds around my tomato plants that are young & delicate. I think they are attractive for home or garden use.
The paint finish is very thick & durable. Easy to stack in a corner & take up little space.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
easy to use
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
The color caught my eye first. These will be great in my small container garden. I use old washing machine tubs with the holes in them for my box type of backyard garden. Am looking forward to seeing the tomato plants stretching upward on the red stacking ladders and full of ripe juicy tomatoes year after year.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I'm only giving these a 4 rating at this time because I don't know yet how well they will perform when they are laden with heavy tomato plants, but my guess is that they'll do fine. They seem to be quite sturdy and even if a second one is stacked on top, I think they will do well once tomato season gets going. In a single tier, they are perfect for peppers and eggplant. Plus, they look so much nicer than than wooden stakes, or those old fashioned wire cages that always fall over if you don't also add a wooden stake (or 2).
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I bought these for my grape tomato plants that climb like a vine. I am so pleased with how attractive and sturdy they are. I can't wait to be able to see them when they have matured.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I had a set of the original ladders and they were actually too tall when the plants weren't heavy and developed enough to hold them in place. These seem a little lighter weight but still very sturdy. I love the stacking design. They nest nicely for storage.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I can't wait to get more! I am going to have fun finding other uses for these.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I wasn't sure how much I'd like the open sides, but so far they are really useful. It's much easier to readjust my tomatoes with an open side instead of having to "reach in." Plus these look great.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I am using these for tomatoes, cucmbers and cantaloupes. They look very pretty and work well. very sturdy and no rust issues. I would like it if they came in a slightly wider width as well.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I did not like these compared to the standard towers. I can only get to my garden once a week due to its location to train the plants and they ended up all over the place. I am using them now for my raspberry plants and they seem to work well on them.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I use the product in the boxes and containers I am going vegetables,
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I'll know more at the end of the season....but these look like they are going to work well and they nest together for storage. I already bought some to give to a neighbor who admired them. I am using them for tomatoes and cucumber support.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These ladders are great for small area gardening. They do a great job of holding the vegetable(currently being used for tomato plants) and I can add on as the plant gets bigger. Far superior to the old round cages I was using and will last much longer.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Nicer to use than the old tomato plant towers.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I use them not only for my climbing plants, such as tomatoes, but also for some lower plants for support.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I am using these for everything. Eggplants, peppers, tomatos. I am going to try them for cucumbers. By next year this is all I will use.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
The answer to growing perfect tomatoes has arrived! Results of using this is is unbelieveable! Sturdy and well designed. I highly reccommend.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Better than the various other tomato supports I've tried. Very sturdy. Worth the money.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These are easy to use, don't take up much space.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
SO STURDY !! Purchased these before and after they became stackable . . . so-o-o great !! Our tomatoes can get as tall as they want now !! Great for okra too. Will use with peppers this year. Please don't stop making this product !! Wish it was a little less expensive, but obviously I still bought them.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Although this will be the first year that I've used this new version, these are really an easy, far more attractive alternative to ordinary tomato supports. I'm looking forward to the additional height. I have used both the ladders and the cages. Ladders are far easier to use at setup and WAY more attractive.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These have to be some of the sturdiest tomato cages around, and the bright red color is great. A bit expensive, but I'm expecting these to last for quite a long time.

Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
These tomato ladders are sturdy and look great (purchased the red ones) in our garden. Much better than flimsy wire ones we've used in the past. Would definitely recommend for anyone growing tomato plants
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
using for tomatoes currently
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I love the mix-and-match capability of the new stackable version of the tomato ladder, so now I can use one unit for smaller veggies (eggplant, peppers), and just keep adding on as needed for tomatoes. It was a smart improvement to add the little rubber end caps to keep out the rain and prevent rust.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
I love the design of the stacking tomato ladders because it saves space while in use and while in storage. It's sturdy design holds the plant very well.
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Love it, wish I had ordered more! I like the red to add color-
Comments about Stacking Tomato Ladders:
Nothing works better for eggplant and Peppers. Stack them three high and create columns of flowering Clematis, Honeysuckle or Mandevilla anywhere in your yard.
