Not only is garlic a delicious culinary staple, it also has many health benefits. This low-effort, organic collection is perfect for the small garden and features two very different kinds of garlic. 'California Early' is an easy-to-grow, easy-to-store "softneck" type of garlic known for its mild flavor that's enjoyed by those who eat garlic raw. 'Chesnok Red' Rocambole, a "hardneck" variety, is favored by chefs for its deep, full-bodied flavor and easy-to-peel skin.

    Comments about Organic Garlic Collection:

I could not find garlic locally so I thought this was a great deal. I then found it at a local store. I do think the instructions are very good. It would have been good to be told that they are not useable until the following year. I hope that they do not rott by then or it will be a large waste of money.
