This box was even bigger than expected and should be perfect for the cords and plugs of our Christmas lights and the fountain in our herb garden. It can easily be sunk into the ground and covered with rocks or mulch to remain out of sight, if needed.

After having problems due to weather conditions, with the electical connections for equipment used in my small pond this was the perfect "fix". At first, I thought is was a little high in price, but after using it all winter, it was worth every penny and I am going to buy at least one more to protect other outdoor electrical connections in other areas. Keep plugs bone dry, no moisture in box at all despite it was buried in snow a time or two.

I used this for our Christmas lights this year. It was easy to put together and kept our plugs dry during the rain and snow in December and January. It fulfilled its purpose and we're keeping it for next year's holiday decorations as well as perhaps using it over the summer for other times we're in the elements with exposed extensions cords. I did think it was expensive for what it is, which is basically a plastic box.

We used this box to house our electrical outlet for the pond heater and bubbler!! It is waterproof and yet allows the air into the box. The holes are large enough to allow the tubes and cords to come out with out being pinched when the lid closes. Safe too, no children or animals can get it open.

This was a god-send for me. My daughter gave me her pond in late fall and I was rushing to prepare it for winter. I was very disturbed that the electrical cords seem exposed. This box was the immediate and simple solution. I have had no worrries despite many heavy snowfalls. It also keeps the curious hands of grandchildren at bay.

I love this waterproof box. There is plenty of room for several cords and accessories inside this box. It saved me a lot of headaches (and electrical tape) this year when I was putting up Christmas lights in my front yard. Now I don't have to worry about water and electricity mixing with one another :)
