I probably won't rely on the suction cups to hang these. This year I got them after the holidays and just stood them on the mantel and the changing colors were really lovely. I may try attaching nylon line to ensure they don't fall if I decide to put them in the window. It wasn't easy to figure out how to put in the batteries, but once I "got it," I made my own notes, so it should be easier next time.

Being a snowflake lover, I was at first enchanted with these. The enchantment faded as soon as a tried to install the batteries. The directions need better English and graphics. Then, the snowflakes kept dropping off the clean windows. The lights dimmed within days. All in all, I'm totally dissatisfied with this product and wish to return them. I gave two sets as gifts. oh dear.

Overall was very pleased with the snowflakes. They were beautiful when working. After a few hours of being on 2-3 would stop working (needed new batteries). So I just started putting them on later. It was great that they came with extra batteries (those batteries are expensive too-don't know what I'll do when I run out). I'll just love them while they last.

I felt that the package they arrived in was more than good...it was really secure. I had problems with installing the batteries...a little more information and/or pictures would have helped here. They stuck on my windows without a problem, and never even loosened when I turned them on or off.

I loved the fact that they made the windows so decorative. (I ordered 3 boxes - 15 snowflakes). The only problem I had was that batteries were difficult to put in the casing and that they didn't last as long as advertised.

First off you read an insert with your order that the batteries need to be installed in each snowflake. That proved to be a harder task than anticipated. When I stuck them to the windows they all fell off within an hour. Tried cleaning the windows, tried hnaging back up with the suction cups dry and with moistening. Nothing changed, all fell off the windows within an hour. Loved the design enough to by 2 sets, now they're in the original shipping box and I hope to find a use for them next CHristmas.

I was so excited to find these beautiful snowflakes that could be used to decorate through the winter. I wanted the white but it was sold out so I ordered colored ones. The look great - whether they are lit or not. Had some trouble getting the battery in but figured it out. Suction cupped it to the window - only about 15 minutes later the snowflake fell off. Tried a few more times but could not get the flakes to stay. We really like them too. I will have to figure out a way to get them to stick - of course, I shouldn' have to work on this - they should stick.

The snowflakes are lovely--when they work. Some stopped working but would turn on if I applied pressure to them. A couple fell off the window when the suction cup failed. The snowflake portion broke off of the battery housing and needed to be superglued. Not very good quality.

I put the snowflakes in my front picture window and turned them on and marveled at how pretty the changing L E Ds were. Later that evening I heard a crash and two of the suction cups had let loose and both plastic snowflakes were broken into two pieces each. Another base came unglued from the plastic snowflake.
Very poor quality, poor construction!!
I would not recommend these to anyone.

These are so pretty when they light up! However didn't stay stuck to the window. Tried several ways. Even gave as gifts and each receiver had problems as well. When they fell, most broke! Only two stayed up the entire time. It is such a shame since these are so pretty and look nice when the can stay up. A shame to give a gift that ends up not being the quality one expected.

When first putting the batteries in it was very hard to understand how they are installed. The snowflakes will not stay hanging,so I placed them on shelves to high light other decorations. That worked well. Over all I like them, but at first was disapoited when I could not use them the way I had planned.

I originally ordered the white snowflakes and was pleased with their setup upon receipt, and doubly pleased with the set of replacement batteries. Unfortunately, I was unable to close one of the snowflake's battery compartments with the batteries inserted. [...] Upon receipt of the new snowflake set, one of the flakes was separated from the LED source. One of the other LEDs seems to wane after being on for 15-20 minutes, regardless of battery changes. The product is not the quality I have come to expect from Gardner's Supply[...].

Our living room window is hard to reach because our couch is in front of it, so, unfortunately, it is too much trouble to put these snowflakes in the window since they must be turned on and off everyday. However, they beautifully decorate the large mirror on our living room wall. I am going to order two more sets. They stick to the mirror very well, haven't fallen off at all...just wet the suction cup before sticking it on. We like these snowflakes a lot!

These are great, I got the color changing set and now wish I had bought two. They are very, very pretty. A bit of an issue with them being somewhat intermittent and the on/off switch is in an awkward spot. I would still get another set if they were still available; they are just so pretty and I love the colors.

I was thrilled to receive these. Put a "test" up on the window and it held overnight so put the rest up the next day. Within 15 minutes more than 25% had fallen off the window and broke the snowflake "arms" and others broke away from the suction cups. I normally love the products I get from Gardener's but these did not meet your usual standards. I was very disappointed. Thank you for asking for feedback.

I loved the first two sets I got but it takes a little moisture to keep them on the glass. Some had to be re-glued for keeping upright on a window with super glue but work great now.1) I purchased two additional sets to divide up and include in my Christmas gift baskets this year along with some extra batteries. 2) I love them and the batteries are easy to change.

I have purchased similar lights from other retailers in the past, and have always ended up throwing them out after 1 year because of their inferior quality.
When I received these, I immediately knew they were quality! These are heavy duty snowflakes but not heavy. They stand up well to the heavy snow and cold we get in SW Colorado. I love the "twinkling" aspect that they have and the various sizes as opposed to all being the same size. These are great! I only bought 2 boxes of these initially because I was unsure of their quality, but after receiving them, I will now order more!
