We have a long history with balsam pillows in our family and have used many over the years: these do not disappoint. They are very sturdy and fragrant; in fact, one small pillow can take care of a large closet (just keep the door closed for maximum effect). The scent is true balsam--fresh and natural, great for any room and any person/gender. They made cozy stocking-stuffers for Christmas. I'm going to order more for each closet and storage area of our house for year-round use. Few scents smell better!

I ordered 2 and I am returning them both... [...] I bought this as a balsam "pillow", and didn't take note of the measurements. It's really more like a plump sachet then a pillow. Even with the discount for buying more than one, I don't think it was a great buy. It does smell very nice, for sure.

I always order a fir balsam pillow at Christmas, so I have quite a collection. Reminiscent of my summers in Maine, I go for the fragrance. This pillow was (1) not fragrant enough (was the pine too old?), and (2) very costly. I expected, for that amount, a pillow twice the size. My fault, though, 'cause I should have checked the measurements before ordering.

The beautiful stitching on this makes it visually pleasing and enticing to pick up and look at - at which time you discover the wonderful fragrance! I had a similar product to this which lasted many years so was very happy to see this offered! This product is well made and simply pleasurable to have sitting around for a nice sensory experience!
