My mother has chemotherapy and it takes a lot of her energy. This little tree was perfect! It came trimmed and since she loves birds and living trees she didn't have to do a thing to get with the season. The size was perfect. This was something she could easily make room for in her living room she loved it. The birds "decorations" have meant she didn't feel lazzy leaving the tree up just reminded that she's special throughout the year.

This was a gift to my mother-in-law and she loved it except the birdhouse on the dowel that was stuck in the dirt of the pot was broken off. She didn't know where it belonged and when she called me I was able to figure out what had happened by looking at the photo online.

I sent this to my brother for the holidays and he really liked it because all he had to do was get it out of the box and plug it in. He brought it to my home so that we can plant this on our property. I was really impressed with the quality of this dwarf tree. The bird ornaments are beautiful and the berries and the pine cones are a wonderful decoration. This is worth every penny. I will order again.

Gardener's Supply usually provides high quality, but I'm disappointed in the tabletop Christmas tree. It was described as "live, transplantable" but I doubt the dried little thing has any life in it.

Extremely disappointed that the tree was as small as it was. I was expecting more greenery and less pot. The greenery was only 17" and the pot was 7". The tree was suppose to be sent out on the 6th of December from the grower; instead it was received on December 4th. Considering we will not be home to care for the potted tree for almost a week, all i can do is cross my fingers and hope it survives until our return. I do recognize the fact that it is the growers fault for not following Gardeners Supply"s instructions. I will not be purchasing again. Very overpriced for the size of the tree.

I sent this to my mom as a Christmas gift so she would have something cheerful without having to do anything herself except open the box. While I wasn't home to see it myself, she loved it - especially the birds, so as far as I'm concerned, it was worth the price.

I have not been able to find anything like this--anywhere, and I live in Vermont. This dwarf tree is real and the perfect gift to enjoy all winter and plant in the spring. The tree does need to be kept in a cool/cold environment ie. porch or unheated room to keep it in it's dormant state. The lights are not battery powered and therefore need an outlet. An amazing find and a sure bet we will order another next year.

I was disappointed in the tabletop tree. It is crooked and even when watered, drops needles. I felt it was overpriced for the way it looked, and will not order another next year.

These trees come from an outside supplier so sometimes the plant received is not the same quality as the picture. This supplier does deliver a product that looks like the picture. The ornaments were just as advertised. If you get this little tree don't leave inside more than 10 days or it will think it's spring. I live in Las Vegas so it almost is but that's not true for everyone.

Perfect! It was possible that we were going to get new windows installed. We couldn't have the usual Christmas tree, so I ordered this one. We also have two spots in the front yard that need something planted in those places. This dwarf spruce is serving both of the above purposes. Just hope that the instructions I had to call for(none were included)will help it to thrive until I plant it out front this Spring.

The little birds and bird house are cute although the bird house keeps falling out of the tree with no wire to keep it attached. My two cats find the birds fun toys. It was hard to figure out where the cord was for the lights at first (wrapped around the stem inside the pot). They could be a little taller. I look forward to planting them (I got two) out in my garden in the spring.

The picture and description showed numerous birds, pine cones and birdhouses. My tree arrived with only 10 birds, 10 pine cones and 1 birdhouse. It definitely needs more birds and birdhouses. I was disappointed with my purchase.

This was to be a gift but I ended up just keeping it. I wasn't giving someone a tree that was not going to live. When I received it, the pine needles on the bottom half were dry and dropping off. The cost was high but would have been worth it if I had received a healthy little tree.

I am so happy with your live tree. I live in Hawaii and my parents live on the east coast, I sent it as an early gift. The tree itself was beautiful and very healthy.
