    Ordered this as a present for a friend. [...] I put it in what should have been an appropriate spot and it seems pretty dead after about a week. I also would have liked to have known in advance some of the care details that came with it - such as needing 45-50 degrees temperature at night and a full three hours of sun each day.

    Lavender is one of my favorite plants. I ordered 2 plants to be given as gifts. Both arrived less than healthy and died within 2 days. I was very disappointed.

    This potted Lavender was ordered for my Mother as a birthday gift in February in Wisconsin. My Mother was so pleased to be greeted by a surprise package on her front porch [...]. My Mother told me that Lavender is her favorite and this is like "Springtime in a basket". She could not believe this Lavender arrived so hardy, healthy, and fragrant at her door.

    I purchased 2 lavender plants for my mother & mother-in-law. I understand they were delivered in pristine condition (I live a long way away from them), & they had excellent care instructions attached. Both mothers were thrilled. It makes me want to order 1 for myself!

    [...]The lavender did not have a nice even shape and had significant growth which makes it lean to one side. Rather than being full on the bottom, it is is spindly. I purchased this as a gift, but it is not a healthy-looking item.

    I gave this lavendar plant to both my sister and my sister-in-law for their birthdays. Both just loved it! My sister's came in an attractive pot that was just right for her decor. My sister-in-law has hers sitting next to her patio door, and said it was inspiring her rosemary plant to bloom!
