Comments about Pearl Oyster Mushroom Patch:
This product has produced both fresh and dried mushrooms. I wasn't sure about cutting the bag that surrounds the straw and may have contributed to dryness by cutting too much. The bag included seems too small, so I have placed it in a laundry-sized plastic tub and put plastic sheeting over the top. Don't ask me how the dried mushrooms grew, but they did. I now have a couple of healthy looking fresh rows and look forward to harvesting them.
