Great idea, I know movement attracts birds, but the big white thing in the middle of the bath scared all the birds away. Not one visited. Then I painted the top a closer color to the bath and got some activity. Not what I had hoped for but it does keep the water moving!

I am real pleased with this innovative item. I use it in a birdbath located in the middle of my rose garden. The birds are attracted to the movement of the water and it keeps the water from becoming stagnant. It is also soothing and appealing to look at. I keep it going all year except when the high winds kick up.
