I use it in my yard and out kayaking. I don't like it on my skin so I spray a cloth and drape it over my shoulders after it dries. I may not like the smell very much, but the misquitos and gnats like it even less!

The fragrance is nice and for it to work real well you must apply it heavily. I have found it lasts less than 2 hours before reapplication, and is not quite as efficient as DEET-based sprays.

My 2 year-old twin granddaughters and I spend alot of time in the yard. I have always disliked applying bug repellant to their skin as it would make them cough from the chemical smell, no matter how careful I tried to apply it.
This repellent takes a few extra pumps to get it started but the spray is more focused and controlled and my granddaughters don't cough because it does not have a strong odor.

I found the odor very strong - so spreading on after spraying my own hands worked better then spraying over the entire body. Apply outside since the smell lingers in the home.

I live in a marshy area and it is a full time job keeping biting insects at bay. I am very active outdoors, and have dogs that love to be walked, so I use this on a daily basis. This product absorbs quickly, does not leave an oily residue on the skin, and does not leave the lingering unpleasant odor of so many others I have tried.

I had been looking for a non-DEET product for awhile when I came across the No Skeeterz spray. It worked great in keeping away those pesky, blood-sucking skeeters, but it does have a smell like plastic. It's not exactly unpleasant, but it lingers for a long, long time on clothes, etc.

No DEET! These are descriptive words for this product making it exceptional! It is very effective for all day working in the lawn and garden, or anywhere insects may annoy you. The scent is similar to the geranium plant when first applied. I actually find it pleasant! This is a natural product I will buy again and again -- safe for me and for the environment. Excellent!

If you're active (sweat) it doesn't last. The mosquitos started eating me alive in about a half an hour. It was no where near the eight hour protection the product claims to work.

Mosquitoes love me - but I used this spray to attend an evening backyard party and didn't get bit once. I also didn't break out in a rash from the spray, unlike with some products. The smell is inoffensive, too.

Have tried many non-deet products and this is truly the best. Works well (nothing is 100% if the bugs love you) and doesn't stink or feel icky. Some of the 'natural' bug repellents still set off my asthma, but not this one. Yippee!

I had high hopes for this product after reading about it in your catalog. The product seems to be effective but the scent is beyond overpowering. This asthema and allergy sufferer will stick to Skintastic in the future.

No Skeeters works quite well against mosquitos. It has a strong but not unpleasant odor (flowery), but it doesn't last long. You have to reapply after awhile.

I tried everything to get rid of gnats swarming around my head. This product really works. I spray it on my hat and it really does keep the gnats away. The scent is strong but isn't offensive.

Mosquitoes LOVE to bite me, so I am thrilled to have discovered this repellent! I have recommended it to several friends who don't like to use products containing DEET, especially friends with small children. I also love that it doesn't feel sticky or heavy after application.
