    Comments about Amalfi Planters, 20":

I purchased two planters and after getting miss-matched color lots, Gardener's Supply sent a swap without charge. The matching set is beautiful. I planted drought resistant container plants in Gardener's self-watering container mix, but lost some due to water not defusing up from the reservoir. After a month, the reservoir needed some filling. There must be some "trick" to getting the self-watering feature to engage. The remaining plants are doing well now, but I've watered and we've had a lot of rain. I remain hopeful the self-watering feature with the special soil will work. I paired the verdigris pots with Gardener's rust saucers and overall the results are very pleasing.

    Comments about Amalfi Planters, 20":

I have southern exposure on a hill and my plants always wilted quickly each summer. They are thriving this year with the larger, self watering pots. The instructions did not arrive with the package, but I was able to find them online. I also needed to still water the plants for the first few weeks to get the roots established. But this is the first time I've been able to maintain flowers on my front porch.

Placed these planters on the front steps of our house. They look great and are easy to move. Also like the fact that they hold a sufficient amount of water so daily watering is not necessary.

I needed to find an attractive container for my indoor plant that would help it grow and stay healthy. My outdoor success with Gardner's self-watering planters (tomato starter kit and others) led me to choose a different size & shape with the same self-watering features. It was easy to use and my plant looks great! Thank you Gardener's Supply.

I used 2 of these at the front of the house where I always seem to forget to water. Of all of my planters, these stay constantly watered and the plants in them have flourished in spite of my neglect! The size, color & shape of the planters are great accent pieces to our front door. I love them!

I really like the shape of this pot. I bought it in the sandstone. It looks nice and is very light weight. The self watering system is working quite nicely thus far. I am hoping that Gardeners gets in more of these pots in the 20 inch size and Sandstone color as I would like to purchase another one or more!(they are currently sold out)

I bought this planter for the front porch of my house that faces west. I always would have a hard time keeping the previous planters moist. This is my first self watering pot and so far it's great. I don't have to water it on a regular basis and everything continues to grow

The pot was not a good quality and arrived damaged. I would recommend buying the self watering unit and buying your own pot. This pot is overpriced.

    Comments about Amalfi Planters, 20":

This planter is very "user-friendly" so long as you read the instructions. It is currently keeping the soil in it moist without waterlogging it. My plants are healthy and looking good in it. It is easy to see if you need to add water to the reservoir. You just check the height of a straw which is floating in the tube you add water too. I think it is a very attractive planter and is lightweight if you needed to move it.

Used this on the patio for the pool, and it works great. Great product and very durable. The only negative issue is that the instructions for installing the tube and the drain holes were very unclear and too concise.
