I live in the Southwest with large East facing windows and the floor is Saltillo tile. We have a lot of large potted plants that we shift around. I have tried the plastic caddies and they just don't hold up when moving large (200lb) pots across the floor. These solid cedar caddies work great and we have not had any problems with their durabilty. A great product.

I ordered two rectangular caddies and am pleased because they make moving huge pots much easier. The only problem is that the sides of my huge pots stick over the edges of the rectangular caddy, so when going over the threshold into the house (or out) the pots get jolted, start to tip... and wow, it would be so much easier (and less scary) if there were also a large square caddy.

Not only are these great plant caddies---very sturdy and solid, but they are great for anything you might want to get off the ground (or floor) and for moving anything heavy. For example, some of mine are in my basement pantry, keeping extra supplies of staples in large containers off the floor and easily moved when necessary.

needed this for 2 HEAVY stone pots in my garden room. now they glide wherever i need them with an effortless push. make cleaning the tile floor in that room a breeze (whereas before had to go around those pots. my palm trees are happier, and i am too. great product. could be a bit prettier (i.e., the wood stained or painted, but i suppose i can do that myself to match my decor in near future). work great. worth the price.

I love houseplants. In the winter they all come inside. I have 2 large ficus trees and other smaller plants. I puchased the plant caddy (4 of them) they are strong and durable. It makes it so convenient, I can move the plants with ease. Great product.

I do a LOT of crafts. I store beads, fabric, etc. in large plastic totes. I can stack the totes on these and move them to where I need them easily. The platforms are strong and the wheels move very easily.

A great rolling plant stand. I have a huge banana palm that was crushing my other stands, and with winter coming, I was worried about being able to move it, but this did the trick. It rolls smoothly and easily and I have no worries about getting my banana indoors for the winter!

I live in the mountains where the nights can get chilly even in summer. I use these caddys to move my tomato plants indoors when I think it may get too cold on my deck. I added rope handles to make them easy to move without bending over so far. The rectangular size is big enough to hold a large planter that holds two tomato plants.

We cannot imagine using your tomato growing containers or other heavy, larger flower containers without the plant caddy. We have at least 5, small and large. They move easily over our wooden deck saving our backs from straining to lift heavy containers. Another plus is we avoid stains to the deck by using these. They are wonderful.
