This has been a real treat.Watchin all the little birdies hanging and feeding on the feeder.
Attractive and user friendly.
Liked it so much,i bought one for my best friend.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The cobs do fall off easily, so don't buy at full price. They are very attractive on our fence. The regular food will not stay in these, but our birds like the sunflower seeds the best anyway.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
This cute feeder adds character to my yard. The birds love it.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
We used this as a bird feeder in winter but will leave it up year around because of it's a decrative addition to the garden as well.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
It is very attractive. I have friends that want one. But it took less than a day for the squirrels to learn to twist and it all fell apart. I suggest a place the squirrels can't get at it.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I've looked at this in the magazines and finally decided to purchase one. Glad I did!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
A great conversation piece, and have easy to use
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I love my yard and gardens and I am always looking for new additions to enhance them. This feeder blends in naturally yet stands out for it's uniqueness.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Not well designed for a bird feeder. Hard to fill. I ended up putting colored marbles in it and used it as decoration instead. Would not recommend as a bird feeder, but makes great garden art as an alternative.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Too flemsy. Leaves easily break.
Cannot believe squirrels removed a "corn cob" -- wow.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Birds love it!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Looks great on a split rail fence.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
It is very cute - I like the look it will add to my yard
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
We use this item as a unique decoration. It makes an amazing rustic sculpture. Would recommend it on a fence, trellis, etc. We had a difficult time deciding where to put it because it looked great everywhere, but finally chose the gazebo where it is delightful.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY A PIECE OF JUNK TIN
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Nice feeder but the notches for the seed holders need to be cut different. The cobs fall off unless you cut a notch for the pins to rest in. Not hard to fix but you shouldn't have to.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The actual feeder works well, but giving it as a gift, I was told the birds would not come anywhere near it until it was painted. They painted it the actual color of corn, and they can't keep it full !!!!!!!!!!!!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Great Gift. Receipent most appreciative
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
We thought it would look neat on the shed, as well as serving a purpose. It already looks great!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I GAVE THE BIRD FEEDER AS A GIFT, MY SISTER LOVES IT, SHE'S AN ANIMAL LOVER AS WELL. THEY LIVE IN THE COUNTRY AND THAT FEEDER FIT RIGHT IN.
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR GOOD PRODUCTS.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The problem is that it is too easy for squirrels to take apart. Also they hang upside down and eat from the bottom.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I like the look and the potential. The "cobs" do not lock into the grooves which made it very easy for the squirrels to simply remove. Thankfully I was able to find all three of the empty cobs, though one was taken a good distance. With some crimping or duct tape I'll make it work :-)
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I have had this feeder for about nine months; even though it is not squirrel proof and they can take it apart they can't chew it up like they have done with other "clinger" feeders I had. I put squirrel cakes or other feed in other parts of the yard and they leave the bird feeders alone for a few days. I did have to crimp the "holes" where the cobs attach to make the attachment a bit tighter - it foils the squirrels for another day or two. So far they have not run off with a cob, just leave it on the ground. I have had the best luck with black oil sunflower seed. The chickadees, titmice, and nuthatches love it when they get there first.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Probably the prettiest bird feeder I have ever seen for our type of landscaping, if only the holes were smaller, more like mesh, we could use it for smaller bird seed.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
This is great for the birds but the squirrels manage to get to it no matter where I put it and nock the corn husks off.

Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I was thrilled when I got this and couldn't wait to hang it up on my mail box post. I really liked the looks of it. The chickadees, nuthatches, titmice and woodpeckers enjoy the seed but there is one problem - the "ears" screw on the base and they don't turn but maybe a half an inch. Consequently, they un-screw quite frequently so that I find the ears lying on the ground. Design correction would be that they turn and then lock.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Unique and natural looking. The engineering is poor quality. Had to crimp the cob holders so cobs would stay in place. It took Yankee ingenuity to figure a way to fill the cobs without loss of seeds. However the looks get a 100 and practicality a 50. Without crimping the cob holders squirrels and birds would knock the cobs to the ground.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
nice price to own or give as a gift. an attractive and interesting bird feeder. very unique.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
We hung this on our backyard fence.
Not only does it look natural and very in place but the birds adore it. We can keep it full.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
great unique bird feeder for clinging birds, to hold shelled peanuts, nuggets, corn, or bread cubes. hang on tree trunk or fence.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I love this product. The squirrels have a hard time with it and get discouraged with it. I have a Red headed woodpecker that loves to go eat then down to my pond for a quick drink.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Corn Cob Feeder is not your father's evertday birdfeeder. This feeder's unique design attracts woodpeckers, nuthatches and is a colorful conversation piece for any garden.

Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
This is one attractive and unique birdfeeder. Unfortunately, it is not very well made and we had problems with it right out of the box. One of the mesh cobs did not fit well into the hanger portion of the feeder. So, we often had to literally force it to hold in there after filling with food. Over time, this caused the mesh section weld to break away from the ring that connects it to the hanger. One of the other mesh cobs had just the opposite problem. It fit much to loosely into the hanger. So, it would constantly just fall off on its own.[...]
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Looks great on my fence, but the squirrels get into it on a regular basis. They even took off with one of the corn cobs and I can't find it! :(
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The birds eat in style
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The cob falls apart when bird lands on it poorly made.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
This is different than most feeders. It is very well made and will look great in our yard.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Squirrels empty the feeder so fast, the birds use another feeder.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
This looks really nice on the garden shed out in the backyard.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
It is pretty but the cobs constantly fall off
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
We waited a long time for this product to be shipped. It is very attractive, but the grooves on the cobs have to perfectly align in order to be reinstalled after filling. I used tin snips and needle nose pliers to rework.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The screen's holes were too large. The seed fell right through the screens when filling. The screen also tore when removing the "cob" from the latch mechanism. Threw this away after one time. Not even eligible for a yardsale.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Love the look, but it was less than half a day before squirrels disassembled it and damaged the product.

Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I loved the look of this and bought 2, one for a gift. I wish I hadn't. One of the "ears" came off the first time I tried to open it to add seed. The connections between the pieces are very poorly done. I kept it for it's looks but have had to do a lot of reconstruction to make it usable
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I prefer attractive (but not cutesy-kitschy) feeders in my garden. This feeder is the most attractive peanut/large seed feeder I've found to date, and it works well in my naturalistic garden.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I really like how this looks, but have had trouble with locking the corn into place. It's a good value and attracts lots of birds.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I like the looks of it. Agressive squirrels can remove the "cobs." I don't put seed in it any longer.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Thought it was really pretty but in our Oklahoma winds the cobs kept coming off.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Only real complaint I have is that the " cob " part doesn't stay locked in place always. The weight from the seed or birds will pull it apart.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Disappointed with this attractive feeder. Looking for something unique, attractive, and practical and received a feeder that was very flimsy and hard to keep together. Design failure.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Squirrels easily twisted the "cobs" off, scattering the seed/corn/peanuts inside. I had to drill holes through the tops of all three "cobs", put in two metal screws, to hold them on. So, every time I have to refill them, I have to use a screw gun to take them apart. This aside, they are by far very attractive feeders...the best I've seen in a while. Squirrels love them. I would recommend buying two: One for squirrels (corn, peanuts)and the other for birds (sunflower, safflower).
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Thia feeder is strong, durable and looks great on the post but I do have trouble finding seed chunky enough to stay in holder. But it looks so great and the birds love it so it's worth the search!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I have filled this feeder with dried corn and hung it on the gable peak of my potting shed - mostly for ornamentation, but it also draws that magpies away from feeders meant for smaller birds. The feeder is very attractive, easy to hang on a nail and is only now requiring it's first refill of the summer.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
The birds give it two-wings up!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I bought this as a gift and both I and my daughter are disappointed. Cute idea, but a standard tube type peanut feeder is less expensive and much easier to deal with.

Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
Bad product,too flimsy.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
ordered this thinking the birds would eat out of it but no birds ever went near it. Item is a piece of junk and a waste of money. After about 2 weeks it ended up on the trash
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
After the first use, I was never able to remove 2 of the corn cobs in order to refill them. The one that I can refill attracts lots of birds, and is empty very quickly.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I have my sunflower feeder nailed to a post. The birds clean up on the sunflower seeds. Metal could be a little stronger. Nice Fall addition.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
By securing each 'cob' to the frame with a long twist-tie I was able to foil the squirrels from knocking the holder apart!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I hang this on a fence, but it didn't attract birds, but it looks nice on the fence.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I hung this against a fence - a great help in keeping it sturdy. The birds and squirrels seem to love it but the "ears" tend to fall off easily, frightening the birds and allowing the seed to fall into the flowerbed. The doves usually clean it up for me though!
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I just love the product, but no matter where I put the item, the squirrls can take the cob containers off the base. I have had to search my yard a couple of times to locate the cob seed holders. it would be good if there was some sort of latch to secure the cob seed holder to the base unit.
Comments about Corn Cob Feeder:
I love the looks of this feeder...and so do the birds. However, the corn cobs fall off easily and I do not know if it is the weight & movement of the birds twisting them off if they just don't twist on tight enough.
