I like the bright colors that I can see easily from my kitchen window. I like the ease of filling it and hanging it. I hung it from an arm of the bird feeder pole and right away it disappeared. The second one is still there and after two weeks has gaping holes in it from the birds and the piny squirrel tearing it apart.

Comments about Pop-Up Feeding Pockets, Set of 5:

I purchased these as a gift for friends with a custom made iron "tree" and they look fabulous on it. The only negative about these feeders is that the holes on the Sunflower/peanut pockets are a wee bit too big for black oil sunflower seeds. Too many spill out when birds latch onto the feeder.

The one I placed on the front of the house on a bush worked best. The birds ate the suet and the squirrels where too heavy to get to it. The kids walking down the street, on the other hand...They tore it to pieces.
The 2 I placed near my drive, the squirrels tore it to shreds. I think you need to put it anywhere kids & squirrels are not.

Comments about Pop-Up Feeding Pockets, Set of 5:

    The product concept is wonderful.

However, it did not hold up to the midwest winter winds even with suet balls in place. I must have old fashion birds - they preffered the wire cages over these feeders.

The squirrels upon finding the feeders freed the suet balls and distroyed the feeders.

I think it would be great for a warmer climate or protected area. Squirrels will always be funny, little destructive bandits.
