This feeder hangs like a work of art, and becomes even more ornamental when colorful birds arrive to dine. Made from hand-blown glass and silver aluminum, it has 8 feeding posts and holds 2-1/2 cups of thistle seed. A floor below the bottom port lets birds reach all the seed.

It looked great in the picture-but the black rubber topper doesn't fit on properly or without a struggle. Not sure how useful it will be if the seed gets wet-rotten.

The finches are really attracted to the feeder. It is easy to fill and is fairly well made. The rubber lid at the top is too small and cannot be used, but so far, the metal roof keeps the rain out.

Hung it immediately in the garden. The birds seem to like it. Very pretty colors and when part empty with the sun shining through, beautiful. The only things I didn't like were, being glass, the edge of the opening was quite sharp and the holes were were not drilled clean. All in all, very nice.

I bought this as a Christmas present and when it arrived it had MADE IN CHINA on the box. The quality is poor as one would expect, I'm sending it back.

The screw holding the top to the chain was stripped. Had to replace it for the feeder to hold together. Not at all happy with quality.

OK!! Birds used to clean out the mesh bag seeder..They must be too dumb?? or whatever...to feed from this "Thithle Theeder"!! Maybe we need to set up a short training course for the "Guys"...but there is not much activity at this Great Looking feeder..Not a gift..At the cost...wish it was..Hey..Have a good one there in VT!!
