This versatile outdoor light has the familiar look and flicker of a real wax candle — including a blackened wick — but runs safely on standard batteries. We use these pillar lights to accent our backyard. The design is unique and the LED candles are adjustable for off/on/light sensitive.
The twisted wire design is very contemporary. I also like the overall height of the holder. However, the metal will rust if left out in rain and inclement weather, but they can also be resprayed if this happens. They make great gifts also.

Nice natural appearance...but needs work

I prefer the natural appearance these candleholders offer. I have a set with the LED pillar candles on each side of my front porch...which I really like...but also would like to purchase a set without the LED pillar candles that I can use with real candles in other areas. (i.e. Yankee Candles now has nice mosquito repellant candles that really work but are somewhat costly...and I really don't need the additional cost of LED candles I don't need and won't use. Please make the LED candles optional! The workmanship needs to be improved a little on this item, as the basket area breaks easily and it rusted right away. Little drainage holes would also help keep water from gathering in the holder cup where the base of the candle sits. Stakes should be shorter. Really like these...and think they would be popular if the workmanship improves a little.

The candle is great idea, but the holder needs a longer threaded screw to hold the two pieces together, it is pretty wobbly. Had to send all of it back, really liked the candles.
