I put this in a large barrel, but had to sit it on a pot. It is unstable. I always have to adjust the poppy stems in order for the water to flow to the lower poppy flower. Eventually, all of that adjusting caused the lower poppy stem to break off. Not worth the money.

This is an attractive product, but is way too small to be used as described. It is too small to use in anything other than a small pot or birdbath, since it cannot be easily secured in a deep pot. It is also surprisingly fragile - it fell over onto grass as I was trying to secure it and a piece broke off. I am pretty disappointed and will be returning it.

I bought for my husband. He was setting up, had
placed fountain in with suction cups and was turning around to grab some rocks to secure fountain further. Fountain fell over, hit the
pot and the bottom flower broke off. Luckily,
he's very handy & we plan on fixing the flower
back. But, this was all within a minute of setting
up, could be soldered a little stronger.

I'm using it in a small water feature on my deck. I had to modify the way the fountain attached to the pump. The rubber tip that was included with the product did not create a tight fit into the pump which resulted in the fountain constantly falling over.

Suction cup keeps coming loose when I put it in water. I tried securing with rocks and moving indoors. Didn't help. I think cement glue may be my only option. I do like the look and sound of the copper.

I use this in a large birdbath with a water lily pad design. After a day's running, the water level is very low. If it had a lower setting on the pump, there wouldn't be so much water evaporation.

It's beautiful and the splashing sound is very soothing. Tends to tip over, unfortunately. If anyone has any tips to stabilize it, I would appreciate hearing them. I've tried decorative pebbles and small stones but they all eventually migrate away from the pump.

This wasn't the best choice. It didn't suction well to bottom of a bowl and just piling stones around the pump didn't hold it up well. It leans to the taller side because that side is heavier.

I am actually a little disappointed in the quality of this item. I thought it was really cute from the picture, but to me it looks like "some child" did the bending of the copper to form the flowers. I think the bends are very primitive in that they are not very smooth to form the flowers. Looks like the copper was pinched with pliers. For the money I expected the workmanship to be better. I am using a deep pot I bought last summer. To do that I have to keep the filter toward the top of the pot, propped, not an easy thing to do. If there were extensions of the copper, you could sit the filter at the bottom of the container. Not really meant for deeper containers. Still looks cute, so I would recommend it.
