Put it in my back flower bed--looks great. Too soon to tell about weather resistance, but will probably put it away if we get a lot of rain. Cat came with a broken tail, but since it was no longer available and and was on sale and I liked it, I was able to repair the tail with metal apoxy.

I took the advice of another reviewer who suggested that it be sprayed with a rustoleum protectant. After a month, I can see a couple of small places that I didn't get enough spray because those spots rusted. This is the perfect way to keep birds out of strawberries. It moves even with only a mild breeze and stays on its base very well.

I received a gift card for my birthday from my gf and I had never shopped here before. I saw this, thinking ok... it is just for the garden...

When I received this it was so darn cute and well made that I put it in the huge peace lily plant! I just didn't have the heart to put it outside. It looked like something you would find in a high end garden shops; the places you say beautiful but leave empty handed. I will be shopping more from this store in the future!

This item looks great in my backyard! I put it on top of a small flower hill, as the highest item. It doesn't hit anything as it moves and is entertaining to watch. In addition, one can contemplate scientific questions about balance and motion while watching it go around, so it has an additional attribute! I cannot say anything about its durability, as I just got it, but it seems well made. I do plan to take it in over the winter.

I just love this! Received alot of compliments from family as well as people walking by. I have it in my front yard. Very whimsical, a real eye catcher!! It was very easy to assemble. I put a little oil in the spot where the center ball balances the cat and birdies so it can spin easier. That seemed to do the trick. Highly recommend this product!!

I bought one of these for my Mom for Mother's Day and she just loved it, so I bought one for my own yard. It's a very whimsical design and a pleasure to watch in the garden. The only thing I would change is giving the tube that is the base a solid point. Putting a hollow tube in the ground was not as easy as I would have liked. Other than that, this is great!

The cat and bird balancer is really pretty to look at in our back yard and a lot of our friends already complimented us on it, but we noticed that after the first rain and some humid weather it's rusted. We have it in our herb and fruit garden and we noticed it also keeps the birds away from the strawberries, which is a great plus as last year we only got to eat one. I would recommend to have it powder-coated or if you can't do this, buy No-Rust Spray at your local store. We have to sand blast and coat it now, because it contaminates and bleeds rust on our soil and our strawberries. But apart from the rust it is a really nice addition to have, as it calms and balances you when you look at it swaying in the wind.

I absolutely loved the product when I received it. I got a gift certificate from a fellow gardener for my birthday, and had been eyeing this. When it went on sale, I couldn't resist. Everyone loves it. The only problem is you need a large area to display it in. Without a large area, it can't spin all of the way around, (obviously). That's my only problem with this garden delight. Watch the size for the area you want to use it in. Otherwise, it's very whimsical and fun to watch.
