    It is amazing that the ornamental arm balances perfectly even on windy days.It looks rather fragile in the catalog but it is actually very sturdy and should last a very long time.

    Very attractive item. Easy set up, I mounted the support shaft to a deck post with cable clips. We have had some high winds and it has stayed put. Nice to see it rotate and bob up & down.
