Everything about this fountain is great with the exception of the two I bought at teo different times had the panels dislodged from the base - I will have to resilicone them, for now they are in the pond and wotking fine - just hope an animal doesn't knock the panal off to sink to the bottom.
Otherwise bright, 18" water height and remote works from 50 feet.

Perfect for my small backyard goldfish pond. No unsightly wires or solar panels to hide (or for the dogs to tear up). Best part is I run the fountain when I'm able to enjoy it, day or night.

Until I put chlorine in the water of the large bowl I had it in, it got really scummy and hard to clean. Then, it just stopped working. Don't think it was the chlorine, but who knows? The motor was very weak, but if it were stronger, I would have needed a larger base to keep the water from over-splashing.

Found this item to be cute but not what I had expected. Not anchored in the pool it floats to the skimmer. It's more like something for a very small pond, spray is not very high. I feel gipped!

Would be very cute in a garden pond; unfortunately, we bought this for our pool. Spray is certainly not tall enought (about 18"), but we would have realized this if we had read the description carefully. Solar illumination is very nice as is the remote.

I love the solar fountain, especially the light. I'm concerned if we misplace the remote, no switch on unit. The top of the solar receptor bubbled up, but it still seems to work. The motor is too deep to fit in my bird baths, right now I have it in a plugged up flower pot, but I need a different shape because the fountain splashes the water out and empties the water.

I am BEYOND disappointed in this product, which was a wedding gift from my grandmother in law. My husband is completely embarrassed that her [$] gift was 1) Made in [...]; 2) is a junky, cheap resin composite; 3) sprays water only about 3 inches high after a day direct sunlight.The photographer should be proud. S/he made a junky fountain look kinda cool.KEEP YOUR MONEY. You will do better to blow bubbles.

I was very disappointed with this fountain. The water trickles out and only goes about 6" in the air. The photo on the website is much nicer than the real thing. The lily pad is nice looking though. It is a good idea but the fountain is not powerful enough. Our remote broke within one month and there is no info about how to replace it.

We put this solar Fountain in water in an empty resin pot on our deck amid other pots with flowers and herbs.I like the remote control but have realized that it shuts itself off without my helping.Still trying to figur that out.We bought this to replace an older solar fountain from here that just stopped wrkg after 1 summer-hope this lasts longer

Easy to setup, floats well. I left it in the pond in a snow storm and it started up right away after the pond unfroze..I will take it out in the future. I have used both the fountain mode and the lite at nite, very pretty. Wished the fountain spare was a little higher. My small fish like to go under the pad to hide out. Summer is coming and we will amaze our friends with this new attraction to the pond.
