Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

Love the sunflowers! They give the bottle stand an extra touch. Will probably buy more! I can see this from my kitchen window and back porch. Very sturdy. We've had several very bad storms w/high winds and had no problems. We've received alot of compliments on this product. Love it!!!

Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

Looks great but needs serious securing. I put it away from very windy areas but I am planning to add some poured concrete so I can take the large stones away that are trying to keep it upright.

Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

I have this by our garage and it is a showstopper! I've gotten compliments from friends and is quite durable. I have all the pegs filled with an empty bottle so it has to be strong. A great product that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

The bottle tree is actually very pretty and now that we have reinforced the base it seems to be doing very well. We located it in a garden area under a pergola, thinking that would protect it from the wind. After being up for three days it broke in half. It really needs a better way to secure it. We used a metal pole that we slipped the base in, unfortunately we didn't come up with that solution, until after it broke in half. Other than that issue, it is beautiful and I am very happy with the tree and the sunflowers I ordered to go with it.

LOOKED DIFFERENT BUT POOR WORKMENTSHIP
By BOB THE FIXERVerified Purchaser from ANN ARBOR, MI on 4/27/2011
Pros:
Visible At A Distance
Cons:
Bends/Blows Away, Broke in the wind
Best Uses:
Back Yard
Describe Yourself:
Budget Shopper
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

1. SCREW TOO SHORT NEEDED; COUPLING AND ANOTHER SCREW TO GET IT TOGETHER
2. ONE BOLT ON BASE OFF CENTER SO HOLE HAD TO BE INLARGED.
3. ONE PIECES OF THE BASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SMALLER SO IT FIT INSIDE SO THEY COULD BE INSTALLED ONE AT A TIME.
3.BROKE AT SCREW WHEN BOTTLES WERE ADDED,I ENDED UP PUTTING A 2 BY 4 IN GROUND AND DRILLING A HOLE TO FIT THE TREE.

Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

I splurged and got the whole thing, with big and little sunflowers. Kind of overpriced for what it really is. I had to anchor with tie wire to the fence and secure the feet with giant rocks. I fear that the next big wind with take the whole thing down. The bottles give lots of color. I have received several comments.

My 4 yr old and I are slowly adding our own painted bottles and it looks so great! One tip: place it in grass... It's blown over in soil twice now, but nothing has broken either time! The sunflowers add such a nice sparkle.

Comments about Bottle Tree Sunflowers:

My 4 year-old and I are slowly filling the bottle tree, but right now it still blows over on windy days. Nothing breaks, luckily. The sunflowers are beautiful, but I think that's what catches the wind. Stand in the grass, not soil (garden), to prevent falling over.
